My hands are shaking because I have never encountered a rude employee in my entire life until tonight. I ordered grilled chicken feast and chose Mediterranean salad and requested for extra onions, extra tomatoes and olives. The cooker did not put any olives in my feast as I requested and there were barely any onions and only two slices of tomatoes in my feast. So I went back and asked the young lady if I could get more because I requested for extras via online order and didn’t get any. She was nice and said ok then she looked at the cook and explained what I said, he gave me an attitude and was very very rude and gave me a creep stare then he went ahead and gave more tomatoes and onions anyway. I was shocked that kind of behavior is allowed at your place. Like I said I have never experienced anything like this until tonight. I held my composure and left. When I got into my vehicle and checked my food and realize there wasn’t any olives and I was too shook up by that cook’s attitude so I asked my boyfriend to go and explain about olives so he did and he said that cook shook his head in annoyance and rolled his eyes again. I swear we didn’t do anything wrong nor were we rude when we asked about our order. I even talked to the guy who’s assistant manager or something (not sure what his exact position was) and he was nice but he wasn’t really helpful and seemed to not want to chew out the cook for his inappropriate and unprofessional attitude instead he just said I will take up with my general manager. Really? That’s all you guys can do? You guys need to fire that cooker because according to other reviews there have been complaints about that specific cook (a guy with really long hair). Also, my boyfriend’s order didn’t even come with crispy pita like it is supposed to. My boyfriend didn’t even want to deal with the rudeness and unfriendliness so we just left. I’m appalled that kind of behavior is allowed at workplace. I should have filmed the whole thing for proof then maybe you guys will fire him. the food itself taste great and I have nothing bad to say about the food but I wouldn’t want to eat at a place where the employees are allowed to be rude to their customers and forgetting to put exact toppings and pita bread in customer’s order and get mad about it because the customer asked for specific food to get what the customer paid for. Please don’t tell me to talk to the manager because I technically already did and nothing was resolved. I will not come back here and going to Little Rock instead. I certainly hope it won’t be the same employees...

I usually love coming to this place until tonight. I called ahead for a pick up order and specifically asked if it was ok if I picked up the order through the drive through. ( It's storming outside) I was told that I could. As soon as I get there I get in line in the drive thru and stop at the box and tell the lady that I already placed my order and gave her the name it was under. She even repeated my name back. I pull around and when I get to the window the girl reads out an order to see if it's mine and I say no, I had a pickup order and told her my name. She looked annoyed, walked away and comes back with my order and processed to tell me that next time I need to be sure to stop at the box and let them know I had a pick up order. I told her that I did stop at the box and I gave her the name of the person I thought I was talking to at "the box" but she informed me they had no one by that name. You know, that's fine I obviously got the name wrong forgive me. But to make me feel like a lier when I did what I was suppose to do is ridiculous. And to top it off she tells me that the other girl running the box I assume didn't know about my order. Either they are clueless or they are trying to cover their mess up and make the customer look bad. I hope I never get made to feel...

Good service. Clean place. Greek, is of course, Mediterranean. But we were thinking it would be more Shawarma, falafel…. But I like good Greek so was willing to give them a try. But the food itself was ALMOST good. We ordered: Whipped feta w/ baked pita chips. The whipped feta cheese is good. It came with honey in the middle. The chips are OK too but they had too much seasoning. and were sprinkled with sliced banana peppers.. I’d rather have the plain baked chips and be able to taste the feta & honey. The herbs over powered that flavor. All together it didn’t work well

Grilled lamb gyro & the lamb gyro w/ skodalio sauce. bread was good. Meat okay. Too much acidic flavor with little flavors to complement. Even the basmati rice sides were doused in lemon/vinegar.

Grilled beef kabobs w/ Greek salad & new potatoes. Beef was good, tender. But only 2 very little kabobs. Potatoes overly salty. Too much salad...not enough meat...teen son aptly describes “A salad dish with a side of meat.”

Over all, we were...
