Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Cookeville

I waited a week to post this so I could objectively understand why anyone would use a delivery service when food service workers don’t seem to care that the job they are being paid to do(preparing others food) versus scrolling or talking on their phones! My daughter had lunch Doordashed from Jimmy John’s last Tuesday, what a bad decision for the restaurant choice! She ordered a footling Roast Beef w/cheese & paid for EXTRA BACON….her sandwich had NO CHEESE OR BACON despite her paying extra! My “sub” was a 6 inch (ha) it was the length of a plastic fork & about one inch wide, I can only eat certain things & ordered only turkey & cheese….imagine my delight 😱when I see nasty, browning lettuce, tomatoes & EXCESSIVE mayo…no cheese & 2 pieces of Turkey! This food was $27 before the delivery fees(I would not pay those, it’s just asking for a bad meal) Doordash should CHECK orders but I HIGHLY DOUBT that happens regardless the fault lays with Jimmy John’s & their lack of quality food made with care. Eating out is expensive so shouldn’t we expect our food to be made as we ordered & to be worth what the cost is….I do not suggest anyone spend their hard earned money at Jimmy John’s as they definitely don’t value their customers food quality or...

Food is good. Service as it pertains to delivery and resolution is awful. For the second time our food has been delivered to the wrong address. When we call about it the staff including managers do not know how to resolve. They offer a free cookie or drink. They give excuse they not resolution. They drivers us Apple Maps which are not updated or correct. Google maps is what should be used. If drivers do not know how to use google maps the it is up to Managers to teach them. I order awhile back from this jimmy johns and they only rang me up for one of my two drinks but never brought them when they delivered it. It was suppose suppose to be credited to my phone. When I called again to place an order they did not honor that they also messed up my sandwich. When I called about it they said they would credit the sandwich to my number.
