I am a 100% Disabled American Veteran who has had a panic attack due to the experience at this restaurant. I have PTSD from combat in Iraq and it takes everything for me to go out in public. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with no cheese which I saw reflected on the screen. I took my food home and went to eat it when I found there was cheese on it. I drove 15 minutes back to the store and asked to speak with a manager and politely asked for my fries and burger to be redone, this time without cheese. She gave me a small frappe for my trouble. I took this order back home and saw that someone had blatantly scraped the cheese off the last one, leaving a butchered piece of meat with pieces of cheese still in it. I drove 15 minutes back to the store and showed the same manager the burger and wanted a full refund at this point. She had me sign a piece of paper and gave me money. I didn't make it out of the parking lot before I realized she just refunded the burger, not the fries I also brought back. I started having a hard time breathing and felt my anxiety rise, This time the manager wasn't polite but quite rude and refunded the rest. I am still shaking from the anguish of this experience. Would rate it a zero if I could, and thank you for...
Read moreGood customer service is so critical to the thriving force of a successful business! This location puts distaste in my mouth! The employees who I've interacted with all wear somber-I-hate-my-job faces...no kindness...or friendliness...or even respect for that matter. As I patiently waited for my item-no-one ever even acknowledged my presence...not once. In my waiting, I observed an African American gentleman standing at the counter for quite a long period of time-he too was never acknowledged that he existed standing there. Finally, a worker (with that face) went to assist him. As I continued to wait, a Caucasian man approached the counter to be helped. The same employee that eventually waited on the prior customer acknowledged this man immediately by stating, " I'll be with you shortly." Hmmmm...why was one worthy enough and not the other??? We're all fellow humans on this journey called life. Even a simple smile can change the course of a person's day. 😁😀 Let's be mindful of the impact we have on...
Read moreDon’t waste your time in the morning, you will be late. Not only did they swipe the order away when I asked them what was going on since myself and 1 other person who was there before me were still waiting. We aren’t told sorry or anything at all at the fact they forgot the order. It took 7 napkins to wipe down the side of the frappe cup that had chunks of caramel dripping down the sides. On top of that the food we did get was cold. An employee in a random purple tee shirt and gym shorts who looked high or half asleep will rudely hand you your food with no acknowledgment of their miss-hap set it on the counter like he is doing you a favor and then walk away with no word. The cashier was nice enough to take my money along with several others and then without washing his hands to prepare everyone’s food. Too bad the afternoon staff couldn’t teach the morning staff some...
