Where else but a home grown restaurant will a woman come out of the kitchen with a plate of iced blueberry cookies to taste while you decide what to order? Yes, service is slower than normal since they're having trouble getting staff. But, we were expecting it since it's happened at so many restaurants that we've stopped at in our travels. And the owner came out several times to check on us. Plus, ( shhh this may be a secret), you can go next door to the state store for a bottle of wine and Ralph will provide an opener and glasses. Otherwise you'll be limited to Pepsi products. But the BEST part of our visit was the food. We had beef ravioli and lasagna rolls. The sauce is excellent! Fox's is my husband's go to place. When dinning in it takes awhile to get food even if we order one of the specials. Last week I called to place an order. The guy put me on hold (I told him it was fine to do so). My husband ended up driving, not far, to fox's . I could hear him telling a girl I was on hold. She said she hadn't answered the phone. Fox's Pizza is hands down the best pizza place in town. The food is always prepared fresh, hot, and quickly with care. Inside the decor is warm, inviting, and so clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. The owner is always checking to make sure that you get great service. It's nice to see people take pride in their establishment.
