Starbucks — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

I’m on repeat! Without fail; I can order through the drive-thru fast! Even when there’s 2-3 cars in front of me. Crisp sound through their intercom. The drive through is spotless & cozy because even though it’s in a shopping area; the drive-thru is lined with pretty shrubs. As soon as I roll up to the window, the barista is always friendly, welcoming & several times they’ve graciously helped me when I was stumped with my mobile app to pay or redeem my reward points. The heady fragrance coming from the drive-thru window instantly puts me into the mindset that: “Today is Fun & GOOD!” Most importantly; my go-to order : Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Blended, is rich. Creamy. Sweet. Caramel-y. Whipped creamy. Crunchy. Full of flavor and not iced or watered down. My cup is overflowing with whipped cream and caramel with the caramel crunch tid bits and I can see the caramel sauce drizzling down the inside of my cup and the dark, caramel color from all the flavor loaded up at the bottom inside of my cup. They make it the best here! I literally go a little further out of my way every single morning, just to come here to this specific location, to buy my CRCFB that I love so I am never disappointed with it because they make it so full of the caramel and cream flavor (and a different coffee shop with a similar item is directly across the street...

I just moved to Anoka and the Starbucks is three minutes away from my new apartment. One of the biggest things that I have to say they do different than any other Starbucks location I’ve been to is they take the time to write cute messages on your coffee! I know that seems like such a small and stupid thing but when you’re a nurse and you’re coming off of a 10 or 12 hour shift or just about to start one having a ‘somebody loves you’ or ‘you’ve got this today!’ written on your cup is everything. The staff is always super friendly on the few occasions that I go in. It’s always super clean. It is a smaller internal layout, but it is still really cute and always super clean. If you’re waiting for an online order, they notice you right away and ask the name on it. Just super attentive! Good news. FAST, and very courteous batistas. Never crowded because most people are going through the drive thru.

Bad new Absolutely weakest brew of Pukes Place, AND Dark Roast Coffee in the entire State of Minnesota. It is comparable to the watered down coffee you get at a gas station. I personally brought a cup of dark roast from the Starbucks on Foley Avenue to show the manager that something was wrong in the way the coffee was being brewed.

On month later the Pike and dark roast were both abnormally watered down. I have reviewed Starbucks all over the area, and i will not revisit this place until this is addressed. Great service never makes up for badly brewed coffee, whether it is the top 3%, or not. PLEASE FIX...
