Placed an order through the app a little before noon on 5/2. Got there and they handed us the wrong order at the drive through. I had only received 1 drink instead of the two we ordered. When I brought this to the who I am assuming was one of the managers attentions she immediately gave me attitude, “well that’s the only order we have under that name and it’s just the one drink.” I checked the receipt with her standing there and noticed the date was from the day before. I then showed her the receipt on the bag and when I tried to show her the receipt on my phone from my actual purchase she rolled her eyes, didn’t even look at it, and closed the window. So I waited seeing she was grabbing another drink. Another staff member, very polite and friendly, handed me the drink and I asked if we could get the order we placed today she said she’s check and I heard her asked the older woman who was rude to me and was surprised to hear her tell the employee no. The window was closed as they discussed it for a moment before coming back and saying they were working on it. I’m not sure who was helping the drive through around 12pm that day, manager or not, but that was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Especially when I was calm and polite with them the entire time and to be treated so poorly and to see the staff being talked to like that as well was very upsetting. As a manager myself, I can’t believe what I witnessed. I get it’s busy, and you may be short staffed but respect and kindness are not hard....
Read moreLast two times (including just now) they’ve forgot something from my order. Tonight, it was so complicated just to order in the drive thru. The worker kept needing us to repeat our order, as if she couldn’t hear us. Got to the window, showed her our mobile app code. She said she didn’t need it because she already got it down when she didn’t even know what it was for until we told her. They forgot our two fries. We went to drive thru and they never responded. You could hear one of the girls yelling at the other girl to turn off her mic off. We were saying “hello” few times but they never responded so we drove straight to the window to get their attention. The African American girl came out and never said hi or asked what we needed. She just stared at us. We told her they forgot our fries. Again, no words from her. She just stared as if we were suppose to read her mind. I lift the bag of food up so she could see because maybe that’s why she was staring at us (I don’t know, I don’t read minds) , and she didn’t even look inside the bag to check. She walked away to grab the fries. If you didn’t need the bag, then why did you just stare?! It made no sense! Once she came back, she never said A WORD when she handed us the fries. The way she looked at us was like it was OUR FAULT we forgot our own fries. Rude and very unprofessional! This morning I ordered the two breakfast burrito meal only to be told that oh this only comes with one burrito now. You have to pay for the second burrito separately! Then on top of it I nicely asked the lady working the register to please put cream and coffee in my sugar in which she refused and said I was told not to do that for the customers! I told her that the previous person working there was nice enough to do it for me and she looked at me like I was the crazy one for even insinuating that she put the cream and sugar in the coffee for me!
