My Burrito supreme was made very sloppily with sour cream on barely one edge of the wrap and not even in with the other ingredients. I was a little disappointed but things happened so no biggie. (So I thought). I understand it’s fast food and did not have a complaint in mind, I just wanted to fix my burrito. I went to the counter and asked for a side of sour cream so I could add it to my burrito to fix it myself. The big guy (they all refused to give me his name) helping me said they have to charge me for the side order of sour cream. Which upset me as I already explained to him the issue with my burrito supreme. I told him I paid for the higher priced supreme because I wanted its fixings including the sour cream and I told him I’m not paying them to fix their sloppiness. Which he replied by asking if it had sour cream in my burrito? I told him yes but it’s all sloppy on one end of the wrap and not even with the other fixings. Which big guy then chuckled and shook his head and said it’s on there then we have to charge. Taken aback by his attitude and rude demeanor, I clarified with him that I’m not trying to make a complaint or give him a hard time; it’s fast food and things happen. I just want to add the sour cream to my burrito supreme, a product that I ordered and expected to have. I would have gladly paid for extra sour cream but the point is, I’m not paying for them to redo their sloppy product they put out nor did I want to continue to patronize the business because of how he treated me. I had my Pride Lanyard on so he was probably homophobic. It’s the only reason I can think of for the disrespectful and rude treatment of me because I was friendly and respectful towards him and was not complaining besides just explaining why I needed the side of sour cream. I am very aware that people these days feel entitled and treated service workers poorly so I am always very extra kind in to others. On March 3rd I had a neuro exam for my post Covid symptoms. I weighed 120 going down from 170 I moved slowly because my mental health was deteriorating. Apparently I was too slow to hand over my card to a Taco Bell employee at on March 5th wearing a hat at 8:89 PM cursed at me saying things across the lines of “what’s this guys effing problem, disgusting.. my problem? That I handed you my card slowly so you curse at me I say thank you twice after give you my card and after you shut the window in my face. You are an awful employee I called fox 9 on you.. I’m going to talk to your boss tomorrow and talk to corporate. You should not treat people like this, I did nothing wrong. I will never come here again. What if I had a mental health issue? What if I was handicapped? You’re a horrible employee . I hope you get fired and never work retail. I will never come to this location again. How convenient the very next day October 7 there was a charge for $25 at that same location that was not me somebody use my card from that store one of their employees or somebody somebody is scamming cards and peoples identity at that location they have been reported to the BBB and reported to my credit card company for fraud. Granted it’s not much money but it needs to be stopped. I’m sure I’m not the only one person this is happening to. They have definitely lost my business and everybody I know business.
