Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cooper City

It seems the same horrible service exists at this location since my last post in September of 2017 and they still can't make drinks. Last Saturday and had to return my hot Vanilla Chi Latte it was horrific. I thought I would try again today and after 3 attempts at making a Vanilla bean Coolatte the Mgr steps in & banging the blender some of the drink hit the kids face and he made spat sound a few times as to get it off his lips faceing the Mgr & blender; I couldn't get the sound and image out of my mind to drink it. I get to work to find the 2 plain bagel bites must have been microwaved, it was like cutting a rubber tire & the cream cheese was dark brown from being over nuked... Therefore, $8.00 with the tip down the drain, and I was Late to work due to waiting for a drink I couldn't drink and a breakfast I couldn't eat~!!! Now I remember why it's was over 5 years since I had been back. And I'm not working to give them a 3rd chance this...

Very bad service, I use to put my orders by email every Thursday afternoon to pick up on Fridays at 7:30 am, every Friday exactly the same order for my 2 Offices locations. Every frioday morning when I go to pick up my order never is ready on time, Manger paola always forgot to prepare the Order, the owner is always sitting in the sofa talking with friends instead of reviewing the Orders and take care of Clients, today I wait half an hour for my order to be prepared, no cinnamon raising bagels, so they gave me croissants instead, very bad service, no one takes care of this center. I am going toanother Dunkin donuts to get my orders fo every Friday. Very irresponsabile management at this location. Never again to this Location. Dunkin Donuts is great, but this ocation at Sheridanis not. Owner must b supervising the order instead of staying like in a family rom just talking with friends and clients waiting upset inline. I went this morning to pick up my mobile app order and they inform me that they are out of almond milk. I ask if it would be possible for a refund. No one knew the answer. The kid went back and got what I thought was the manager but just was some over worker. He said he would call his manager. That never happened. As this is going on I said that I will just take a regular iced coffee. The gentleman came back asking if I wanted two munchkins. I am pretty sure 2 munchkins do not cover my drink order. I politely said no that I would not like two munchkins I would like a drink. Apparently no one was listening. So I left with no drink in hand because apparently the people they hire there have no idea what is going on or customer service. I will be contacting corporate about this issue...
