I went there for a rutine appt and I had to change my lenses, I was impressed how fast it was their service: My new presciption was done in less than 20min. But after a month, unfortunately one of my lenses was scratched and I went for warranty, this is what happend: 1- The place smelled like food 2- The recepcionist didn't have good customer service manners, and her face expressions and atitude was like I was being annoying just for being there. 3- When finally I had someone to take care of my requirement, this lady didn't have the right answer for me when I asked WHY WHEN BUYING A NEW LENSES, YOU HAVE THEM DONE IN LESS THAN 20MIN AND THEN FOR WARRANTY YOU MUST TO WAIT 7-8 BUSINESS DAYS? Her simple answer was: We don't have anyone in our lab! She only asked for my Date of Birth and Phone Number. I was looking at the screen and she didn't do anything for me (as ordering a new lenses).
I hope they have ready my lenses for that time... Anyhow, it's incredible when you buy and you pay you got a different kind of service and then when you need warranty or asking for something you're right theire customer service decrease and they treat you like you're worthless if you...
Read moreGreat place...if they know you. I was a new patient, and I was there about an hour early for my eye appointment, after seeing people arrived after I did go in, I asked why this was. I was told it was because they had an appointment time prior to mine. Reasonable answer so I waited further. My appointment time came and went, and there were STILL people arriving and going in. I inquired again. This time I was told that they were only being seen for a minute because their pupils were dilated. At which point, I was told that I would be next. Same thing happens with another patient, so I remain calm. Straw that broke the camels back was one last patient (who obviously arrived after I did) and I. The doctor calls them by first name, and I get slipped again. At this point, I waited for over an hour and a half. Even the receptionists had a confused look. Place seems great if they know you, but new customers beware...you're going to be in for a long wait and even a few better known clients skipping your place in line. Cannot rate this...
