McDonald's — Restaurant in Cooper City

Recently, they have had an early morning shift Monday thru Wednesday that creates long lines, with slow service, incorrectly made food, temp not right on the food half the time, especially egg mcmuffins and has browns. Same thing when that SAME crew works eves with burgers luke warm or fries luke warm.

In the past month, twice I have had to go back 3 times to get one order right. I am not exaggerating. Very frustrating.

I want to add though, NEVER have I been treated rude, nor made to feel I am an un-valued customer. Staff have always been friendly and responsive. Which makes me assume that they can not find/hire the right combination of people to run the grill area.

I keep going back because the staff are friendly and it is convenient, when the order is correct and still hot, as well as it is on my way to work. But someti.es even that is not enough to keep me coming back and so when the mistakes keep piling up especially on back to back visits, I take a break for a week and drive a little further to BK. I don't like their food as much, but it has always been hot.

As far as atmosphere, on several occasions over the past few months, I am the one informing the drive-thru window that the outside drive-thru trash can is full and overflowing...

Came yesterday 02/07/19 to buy food for my family and I met Reese at the front desk, He was very friendly and even offered me if I wanted water while I was waiting for my food to be ready, This! Is what I call Great Customer Service. When my order was ready Reese brought it to me and also He noticed that my order was big and that it will be hard for me to carry all the bags so He offers to place my bags in a bigger one, and I was very surprised to see how Reese went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my shopping experience here at McDonald’s. This guy Reese has a bright future with this franchise or any where he goes but I don’t think McDonald’s will let him go anywhere soon. Reese is a great roll model to follow, thank you Reese and keep up your great job congratulations!This is one of the oldest McDonald restaurants I know, it’s also the first McDonald I bought food from when I came to live in Davie in 1997. This place is always good to come and they have great food and when I say great food I am talking to the people that loves fast food delicious burgers,fries,apple pies etc. The place is clean, their employees are friendly and the food is cheap,what else can you ask for a great fast...

Today I order the pancakes with sausage upon receiving my order I asked for extra syrup mind you I’ve been coming to this location for three months and I’ve ordered this item frequently so the girl that works there now with tribal braids in her hair by the way there wet and frizzy Any way she comes to the window and she’s like $.52 if I wanted extra syrup for my nine dollar order I thought McDonald’s was $1 billion company i it shouldn’t be a problem next time I’m going to order the same thing again ask for the same thing again and then see if she still wants me to pay $.52 for an extra syrup because then I’m just gonna ask for a refund on my order let’s see how well she handles the situation because I would take 9$ any day over .52 cents I own my own business, so this girl with the tribal braids should reposition herself as to what position she’s in because clearly being a manager at McDonald’s isn’t it! This also isn’t my first encounter with her She’s ditzy af and thinks she’s intelligent she tries to be a professional but you can tell she wants to be ghetto so bad that’s probably why she’s mad because her whole paycheck went to those tribal braids that lasted two...
