Two Brothers NY Bagels — Restaurant in Cooper City

Not so Family Friendly: Don't dine at the place the people and management are very rude!!! These are the reasons: My wife and I ask for a whole pickle never got just a half. The poor waitress was very stressed out because she was over whelmed Family Bagels was under staff as usual. I went to pay with my local flavor voucher. The cashier/manager had to call redeem. I left my phone at the cashier spot to give the waitress to full tip. I tip on the full amount and not amount after the voucher from Local Flavor in cash. Got into my car and I notice that I left the phone at the Family Bagel. I ask my son to go into Family Bagel to retrieve the phone. He comes back to me and told me that they don't have the phone. I park the car go in and ask for the phone. The cashier/manager told me "I don't have your phone". I am starting to panic because phones and very expensive and I have a lot of important data. There was gentleman who was next to me and he told me and the cashier in fact took the phone and place it into a drawer. The Cashier/manager produce the phone and gave it to me. I was upset and ask why did you tell me that you did not have the phone when ask for it. The cashier told me that she did not process the voucher for local flavor. I was starting to get upset and told her that this phone is very import to me. The gentleman next to me told me I am right and I should leave because I was mad and she was getting mad. The cashier said something and I could not hear, I ask her want she said and she told me that " you are very rude". I left Family Bagel and I will never go back...

I don’t even know where to begin I really hate writing bad reviews but I need to let the the people know what happen . Ok so , I spoke to the manager and placed my order on the phone unknowing he was the actual manager . You would think he knows what he’s doing right …WRONG . anyways i waited about 15 mins no problem and Picked up my food . I drove home I live about 25 mins away . I opened my bag and see that my order was made incorrectly . I was going to brush it off but then noticed the portion size and couldn’t believe my eyes . I order a chicken salad wrap . The amount of chicken salad in my wrap NO JOKE WAS TWO TEASPOONS . I was like this has to be a mistake . I then called the resturant and spoke to the same guy who took my order ( who is the manager ) I then explain what happen and he said he’s sorry and we came to the conclusion of refunding me and to toss the food . I then get a call back 2 mins later from the Owner explaining to me that he cannot refund me that I would have to drive back and take the food out of the trash and return it to the restaurant . I was flabbergasted . OVER $30. Not sure why the owner called me back because the conversation got nowhere. I was told one thing and then told another . After this I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN . This was the 2nd time I've ordered from this place and the food was extremely greasy and appeared amateur like cooking. I will probably not won't come back here again... My husband ordered challah French toast and it wasn't even on challah bread. Our $12 breakfast sandwich that the order described was in accurate. It was on a hogie that was really an omelet with bits of meat thrown into it. We also ordered home sryle fries and requested them to be crispy and when we got the order, it wasn't even close to what we requested. My husband got a chicken panini and the bread was extremely soggy saturated in grease and the panini just fell apart. Not sure if the cook was in a rush today or what the deal was, but you should care for the quality and presentation you give to your customers.. I am not one to write a bad review on places but I think it is important for the owner to know how the food was today and the quality they are giving to their customers.😒 I got a stomach ache just from eating the food here today which didn't happen the first time...
