My husband and I went here for the first time Friday night. We made a reservation before we went. It was found easily and there was plenty of parking. We were warmly greeted when we walked in and waited less than a minute before we were taken back. I filled out our waivers online before we went definitely sped up the process. The rage room was first. It had things to break, hit, dent and throw. I used a huge wrench and my husband chose the bat. But my favorite way was to throw bottles against the wall. They had a speaker so you could stream your own music. Let’s not forget Bob! He is a punching dummy nice guy but I punched his lights out anyway. Next was the axe throwing and you can choose to throw cards, stars, knives and of course axes. We were throughly instructed on how to safely throw all the above. The man that helped us in the rage room and axe throwing instruction was amazing and very helpful. I feel bad I can’t remember his name. Next was Plate Alley where you write anything you want to let go on a plate then you scream let that go and smash it against the wall! Very cathartic! To finish up they have a pool table and classic video games use of both is included. I loved playing pac man again and my husband loved the football game. I highly recommend you check this place out it was extremely fun! All the employees were nice, accommodating and were happy to be there. We will be going back!

This place is definitely what you need if you need to burn of some steam, or if you want to have a cute date night, or fun with some friends. It is a small family owned business so that makes supporting them even more special. I was excited to break things, I mean who wouldn’t be? I went with some friends (a group of 4) and upon arrival we signed our waivers, placed our valuables in a locker and was given some protector eyewear and hat. I recommend not wearing a watch especially a smart watch and of course dress comfortably. While in the room they do give you a Bluetooth speaker to play your own music so that is a nice touch. We got the package with axe throwing and even after the 30 minutes allotted we still had some breakables left. Once we were done we then walked over to the axe throwing area (which was right next door). It was very cute and spacious and had a nice area with games. We got straight to learning how to throw with our patient, friendly and helpful instructor Vanessa. She was very knowledgeable and helped us be the best axe throwers we could be lol. All in all I would rate this experience a 10/10. I will visit again.

We had such a great time! We wanted to go all out in one night so we tried the rage room, added axe throwing, and paintball next door. After trying it all, we each had a different favorite (my personal favorite was the rage room. I didn't expect to enjoy smashing up an old desktop computer as much as I did); there is something for everyone here. It was loads of fun and a great stress reliever. Stephanie is kind, funny, and informative. Her husband Adam is the house Axe-pert and lived up to the name. Thanks to his guidance, we were throwing axes and hitting the bullseye before the session was over! In addition to fostering a strong culture of sefty, the location is comfortable, and easy to get to. The space encouraged having fun with board games, arcade games, couches, and more. It felt like a dream college common room. If you want to take a night to blow off some steam, sharpen your skills, or just do something different, I strongly recommend choosing this. You won't be disappointed!

I would give zero stars if I could!

This is the most unprofessional and inappropriate business I have ever interacted with. I booked a 30-minute rage room session with extra breakables for a group of 4, including myself and 3 friends. The day of my reservation, I get a text message from Stephanie, the owner's wife and manager, stating that they were closing early and requested my group be there an hour earlier than our reservation. I explained that my group cannot be there an hour earlier because one of my friends was working. Stephanie then stated that they had to close early because the landlord had some "work" to do (like that's believable). I told her we could not come earlier, so I would like to cancel and get a refund.

Stephanie refused to refund me and instead told me we could come, but she would just "get yelled at by the landlord so I can take care of you 😄." This made me incredibly uncomfortable as I did not want to get involved in a dispute between the landlord and the business owner, so I asked again for a cancelation and refund. Stephanie proceeded to explain their new refund policy where they do not issue refunds but offer to reschedule at a later date. I responded that this situation seems to be outside the scope of the refund policy considering the business was canceling our session due to landlord issues, so a refund only seemed fair at this point.

Stephanie continued to refuse my request for a refund and became very disrespectful over text message, saying that I "didn't get [her] sarcasm" when she tried joking about the landlord yelling at her if we came in that evening. Stephanie, I believe "sarcasm" is supposed to be at least somewhat funny. I wouldn't pursue a career in comedy any time soon. I wouldn't even suggest continuing this current career path.

I felt incredibly uncomfortable throughout this whole interaction. Stephanie and the owner, Adam, tried blaming this entire situation on me and my group rather than take accountability for their poor customer service. Stephanie went so far as to respond to my husband's poor Google review attempting to gaslight us and blame my group for canceling. It's giving desperate-for-attention.

Based on other bad reviews, I would believe it if this business is running a scam because they take your money then find some way to cancel your reservation or kick you out with no remedy other than to come back at a later date. Stephanie will attempt to gaslight you into submission, so I would stay far away from this place. The owners of this establishment have serious customer service issues and it is concerning that they are still allowed to run a business. In this economy, I'd be careful who you run your mouth to when you've got a sinking ship...

A friend and I decided to book a room for a friends birthday along with a couple of other things planned throughout the day. We booked i believe for 10:15am which is early but we had other things planned and around 8:15am day of they texted us saying the air wasn’t working at its best and if they could schedule us for a later time or another day, we explained to them our situation and ultimately came to the decision that we would still go and just be a little sweaty and we honestly didn’t mind. We also stated that we were driving from Miami and we might be a few minutes late due to the uncertainty of not going or going. They said we had to be there by our scheduled time regardless which we thought was funny but whatever we tried our best and even made it a few minutes early. I would like to state now while yes it’s probably common sense to wear long pants and and practical shoes we made that mistake because we were under the impression that we were going to be suited up but that was our fault 100%. While we were getting out of the car we saw a man getting bottles prepared and i guess while we were walking to the front entrance he walked in through the side letting the front lady know we weren’t dressed properly. Immediately as we walk in we’re greeted with the nastiest attitude and we’re told that we were sent a text stating that we could not wear what we were wearing. They told us in their own words that we had 2 options to go change or to go home. We wanted to go home just based on their attitude but my friend asked where’s the nearest place to get clothes? They told us there was a target across the street and then the lady had the nerve to ask us how fast can we be back? bro who else besides us is coming to ur rage room before noon ? be so fr. Anyways so we booked it and picked out whatever we could find (literal sketchers, we were desperate) while we were checking out my friend who was the one receiving text from them that morning was going through the conversation on text and the waiver and no where did it say anything about clothes so that was actually really annoying. When we got back the lady’s mood did a 180 and she acted way nicer however she was extremely rude in the beginning so we were just annoyed for the rest of the time. The room was cool but nothing special. You get to put ur own music which is probably the...

Made the grave mistake of spending my money here. My first warning sign should've been their website, which was clearly written by AI. All the packages were very overpriced, but considering it was the only rage room in the area, I just went with it. When I walked in, the atmosphere was dreadful. The business is run by a husband and wife, who are definitely unhappy in their marriage. I could hear them arguing in the store, very loudly and rudely. The husband seemed to be berating the wife and demanded that she buy him a smoothie. I found this extremely unprofessional, as this was my first impression of the business and I had spent a lot of money to be here. We were met with a rude-toned "Do you have a reservation" instead of a hello or normal greeting. The owners overall weren't very nice or welcoming towards my group, and it felt like they just wanted to get our session over with so they could go home. The condition of the store felt rather unkept and not sanitary at all. The floor was soaking wet and an employee was actively mopping, despite there being guests throughout the facility. It felt like we were inconveniencing them or interrupting their cleaning, which was odd considering it was the middle of the day. On the ceiling, there was caked yellow paint in multiple places, which honestly might've been mold. There were long screws sticking out of the walls at every turn, and the walls looked shoddily made and as if they could fall at any minute. The whole place felt like a safety hazard. They're lucky they make you sign a waiver at the entrance. Several of the lights are broken, and the whole place just feels neglected. The rage room itself was mediocre. Again, lights were broken, so it was a little dark. There weren’t many weapons to choose from, and the majority of them were already broken and barely usable. Overall, disgusting place, miserable owners, and wayyyy overpriced. DO NOT GO HERE!! The other reviews are very telling, and the way the owner responds to them is just straight up childish. These people need to learn to grow up or their business is going to be in the...
