For the last week I have been going to this Dunkin donuts in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. The staff is friendly but extremely slow. I waited 5 minutes 1 day or a medium coffee with cream and extra sugar. I also have ordered a Carmel latte and they mess that up because I asked for hot and they gave me iced. They said they would correct it and I said I didn't have time because I would be late for work it especially since they took forever to make my order and I was the only one in line. I tried to get a receipt but once they give me my stuff they walk away and I can't see them. Finally the one day I was able to get the guide to give me a receipt so I could send in this survey. I get to that Duncan around 5:45 a.m. and I am usually the only one in line. My coffee is never made the way that I like and it's not complicated to just put cream in extra sugar in. When I order the sausage wake up wrap it's never cooked fully it's cold. This morning I even asked for it to be extra crispy because I know they don't cook it long enough. Also this morning I ask for to French crullers and there were no donuts available at 5:45 a.m. All I would like is to have my order made right so I stopped spending money on something I pay for to be made wrong. Read moreI’ve been going to this location for months now with no problem yet today I ordered some thing that I’ve been ordering all this time a large frozen Matcha latte. I can’t drink regular milk so I got it with a milk substitute. It said on the app and at the drive-through menu that it would charge me $.50 extra yet when I got to the window to pay for it my charge went way up to over eight dollars and the lady told me that because I’m ordering a milk substitute they have to charge extra. Well I already thought that they were going to charge me the $.50 but instead of paying the usual 6 and some change my one item cost over eight bucks. Not fair and very shady business practice to not be upfront about your prices!! Update your app and drive thru menu! The staff that does have a grasp on English is rude and ignorant. The other half of the staff stares blankly at the keypad praying they hit the button that corresponds with your order.
Did you order a medium unsweetened iced tea with lemon? Here is a large over loaded with sugar gallon of iced tea (I thought maybe they ran out of medium cups) with no lemon.
Did you ask that the hash browns be extra toasted so ya dont get the squishy and sometimes still somewhat frozen breakfast side - tough here is yours lump of hashbrowns stuffed into a small brown envelope have fun eating that lump of potato.
Its ok - the one time they messed up my order in a good way - they gave me two of everything.
