I walked in and was immediately greeted and welcomed. It was a seat yourself place, quaint but very obviously well loved. As I was sitting down, regulars who came in were greeted by name. A wonderful atmosphere. Staff were absolutely amazing. I got the elk burger. Now, I've been traveling all over the world and this is quite possibly the best burger I've ever eaten. The bun was toasted to complete perfection, the burger eas flawless, I highly recommend this place to anyone stopping in Coos Bay or even just the general area for a great lunch. Theres plenty of seating and once again, the staff here are top notch! Also, sorry for the half picture but it was so dang delicious looking right when it arrived I couldn't help myself.

We have come to love this place! The food is always on point! The soups have been so yummy, including this cauliflower & white cheddar soup! Probably one of my new favorites 🤤 On special today 2-9-22 was this Quinoa fried shrimp, and they too are delicious and cooked perfectly! Then my guy ordered the elk burger with sweet potato fries and we did ask for the burger medium rare, it was a little over but still absolutely delicious, and melt in your mouth! I appreciate the wait staff, Damon (not sure of spelling) but he and the bald guy he usually works with are our favorite servers!! They always greet us as soon as we walk in the door busy or not! Thanks you guys, keep up the good work! We appreciate you!

Outstanding local pub and bar. The expansive menu has something for everyone and “dad gum” the food is excellent. They have an Old School Beer tap list at $2.50 a pint. They have scratch made menu items every night of the week. We were greeted by Damon, the beer buyer, and he made us feel right at home. Shannon, our server, was friendly, talkative and a very good bartender. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, professional and took pride in providing great service. Gabriel never hesitated to ask if we needed anything. This place has a great vibe and possesses everything that one would want for a chill friendly experience.

If you're looking for Michelin stars and linen napkins, well, bless your heart, you've taken a wrong turn somewhere around Highway 101. But if you're after some legitimately good bar food, service that comes with a side of local gossip, and an atmosphere that screams "Coos Bay" in all its gritty, neon-lit glory, then pull up a stool, friend. This is a solid four-star experience, Coos Bay style.

The food? Surprisingly decent. We're not talking haute cuisine, but their burgers are the kind that require two hands and a stack of napkins. The fries are crispy, the wings have that perfect dive-bar tang, and it all tastes even better after a couple of local brews. It's the kind of grub that sticks to your ribs and fuels an evening of questionable pool shots.

Service here is... unique. Don't expect fawning, but do expect efficiency with a healthy dose of "local flair." The servers have seen it all, heard it all, and can probably tell you who caught the biggest salmon last week while simultaneously taking orders for a packed house. It’s service with a story, and honestly, it’s part of the charm.

And the atmosphere? Pure, unadulterated Coos Bay. You've got your requisite pool tables where champions are made (and egos are bruised), the warm glow of neon signs reflecting off well-worn surfaces, and that certain level of "grit" that lets you know this place is authentic. It’s not trying to be anything it’s not, and that’s a beautiful thing. It's the kind of place where you can kick back, be yourself, and maybe even make a few new friends by the end of the night.

Four stars for keeping it real, keeping it tasty, and keeping Coos Bay,...

Oh man where do I start.. food was ehh. We waited 50min for 1 appetizer. Then 20 more min Later our food comes. Then 1 bowl of clam chowder (which was supposed to be first ) Then 5 min later 2nd bowl finally comes out. Not looking like the first bowl. Then she says. So sorry .the artichoke spinach dip will be up soon. I was like what? Naw you know what it's ok. Just keep it.

The food was supposed to come out in this order.like most restaurants/pub do:

1st: Soup 2nd: Appetizers 3rd: Your main dish. Correct or In Correct? Will not be coming back to this place even if I'm starving.. total time there lets see. Got there 9.20ish left around 11pm n still didn't even get all of our food. Like wtH? Nope. I don't suggest this place like at all. Only if your drinking beers at the bar....
