My last experience with this McDonald's has me never coming back to this location again. I placed an order on the mobile app (something I do any time I go to this exact McDonald's and have never had an issue with before) and when I pull up to the drive-thru and tell them my order # the guy says that he absolutely doesn't have my order and he looked through every screen. I understand systematic errors happen, and there's a giant line behind me that I'm not about to hold up, so when he walks away after simply saying "sorry," I parked in a pick-up spot, reopened my order, and placed it again. This time it says that my order cannot be placed, but I get an email 2 seconds later saying they charged my card and thank you for my order (I checked my bank, the charges showed up). So at this point I'm a little less than thrilled and I go inside to remedy the situation and show the receipt that MY CARD WAS CHARGED... he still can't find my order and simply apologizes, not quite grasping that my card was charged for this order. In the end, another employee came to the front with a bag (my order) and stated that it was there the whole time. Great! I'm mad, the guy dealing with me is clearly upset and flustered, and I'm just ready to grab my order and go. I get to my car and out runs the guy because he FINALLY found my order and wants to tell me that I AM IN THE WRONG because I placed it in a pick-up spot from the very beginning. I explain that I only did that AFTER he could not find my order and was met with a "problem" message, which prompted me to go inside. He walks away feeling dignified and just that the blame isn't his fault, but absolutely my own (because the customer is not always right, obviously). I drive home... only to find items in my order are missing. Can't reach them because they won't answer their phone. So I hope this review gets back to them and they get it together because this was by far the worst customer-service experience I have ever...

Today I tapped the drive thru on the app and proceeded to the second window as the guy at the speaker advised me to... The lady advised she didnt see an order I confirmed I ordered from the correct location and another shift manager came and said my name I said yes thats me the order wasn't ready so she pulled me up... I have two screaming kids in the car wanting there food so I'm thru the roof frustrated the manager a spanish guy comes to tell me I didnt order correctly.. I tried to explain to him and show him what I did.. He interrupts a with a no go back u didnt do it correctly... I go back he tells me to choose curbside and put a number in I advised him that I was going to the drive thru not curbside so I dont get how I did it wrong he then tells me u didnt complete ur order so we dont have it I told him it took my money so I need my food... No sorry mame no anything just came out telling me what I did wrong thats not good customer service even if Im asking for to much at a local McDonalds could have just came out with my food and then I could have left but no he still screaming at me about what I did wrong... Instead of walking away so yes I got angry told him to just bring me my food since I paid for it and leave me alone cause after the 5th time of arguing with him im livid and aggravated my kids screaming for their food.. He then tells me your not getting your food Im sitting waiting 3 mins go by I check my account he has reversed my order so now I had to drive to another location to get my food which is in Lewisville absolutley not cool. But as a manager arguing with someone doesn't make it better... Fix the problem apologize and move on let me go train them cause they have no idea about...
Read moreLet star with listening skills. I visited this establishment around one am and there were no cars except mine in drive-thru. I ordered my meal with specific ingredients which is not an ordinary for McDonald's. Now I collect my food after payment and was assured the order was correct. I get home begin to eat fries first and noticed how cold they were not to mention my fry box is not nearly full. Next I open my burger box and found two slices of cheese when I specifically asked for no cheese extra onions extra pickles. Of course there was an extra onions extra pickles and plenty of cheese to go around. I thought to myself just keep the meal peel the cheese off but my conscience wouldn't allow me. So I drove back to Macdonalds and mentioned to the same manager working the window that my order was not correct. The manager on deck remembered my order and apologized for the mistake, however by the time I reached the window her entire attitude changed. After waiting for 5 minutes the manager came to the window and asked for the food back and I politely gave her the bag back. As I was trying to speak to her the window was closed in my face. The manager returned with the food, her hand out the window and faced turned as if she had nothing else to say to me. This not the first time she has acted with such rude behavior. I live 2 minutes from this Macdonalds but I would rather drive 10 minutes down the road to visit the next closest one. The service there is always impeccable and friendly and not to mention hot fries!!! I love Macdonalds and will continue to eat their food but the service level must improve asap at this location. The change always starts from the top! I look forward to any reply.
