First of all let me start by saying “OMG! The talent!” Besides the excellent customer service, ALWAYS going above and beyond making sure the customer is happy and the delicious flavor! Never overwhelming, keeping the perfect balance. Estefanía made a bass cake, mind you, this cake was copied from my personal and modified bass guitar. She went into details making my exact unique bass. I can’t be more surprised and pleased. It was sooo delicious and it actually hurt a bit cutting into it lol. After that I’ve been a regular. That perfect morning coffee, always on point. Attentive and polite staff makes you feel at home. I have to say that combination of morning coffee with one of those amazing and huge chocolate chip cookies had become part of my diet! Now they are on uber eats so I can also please my midday cravings!!! I’ve seen the wedding cakes Estefanía specializes on and they are jaw dropping, 3, 4, 5 story cakes! You name it she’s got it. You can basically walk in to that fairytale of a store, close your eyes, point at anything in the display and you will be pleased 100%. You just can’t go wrong with anything you order from Her. I ordered a last-minute same-day cake for a special birthday. The customer service was great and they went out of their way to help with the presentation, which I really appreciated. I chose the pistachio raspberry cake, which sounded delicious, but unfortunately the cake itself was very disappointing. It was extremely dry and hard, everyone at the party commented that it seemed old or previously frozen and after the first bite no one wanted to eat it. Sadly, we ended up having to throw the rest away, which felt like such a waste.

The cake was not only beautiful but the taste was great. The cake went exactly with the theme of my wedding which was calla-lilly flowers. I asked her to use kosher ingredients and she did.
