It was not what I expected. Being in the middle of beautiful Coral Gables, I thought it would be different, more Christmassy and colorful. Because of the virus and the limited amount of people allowed inside, there was a huge line when we arrived, at 7:10 pm, and it took us 40 minutes to get in because people inside were just there taking their time, without any consideration for those waiting to get in. As a recommendation, the smart thing to do is to have a sign warning customers to spend 15 minutes only, that way the wait would not be so tedious, ESPECIALLY with rambunctious toddlers running around so close to traffic!! It was a NIGHTMARE for many parents to be outside, trying to keep the kids calm during the wait! Once inside it was a wah, wah, wah moment for me. So disappointing! Yes, the lights are pretty, but all of them are yellow and there is really no holiday cheer. Only a raggedy train, a weird sleigh, a tiny house that is locked up, one single display with moving dolls (and ugly dolls to boot) and a sand park with a Christmas tree that had a slide and 20k kids trying to get in at the same time. A food truck to the side and some tables. That was it. I was planning on taking so many insta moments. Wrong! Triangle Park in Hialeah is SO MUCH BETTER!! If you are looking for a great Christmas village with tons of cute and colorful lights and unique displays, head over to Triangle Park. No lines, no wait, beautiful, happy atmosphere and social distancing the way...
Read moreJust for the parking I gave it a negative review. The stores and restaurants are fine but paying for parking is a nightmare. It ruins the entire experience as soon as you enter the mall. Trying to use their REEF parking app is impossible because there is absolutely no reception available in the parking area or in any of the public spaces of the mall. At any time, you will see many people staring at their phones trying to access the parking app. As frustration takes over, you end up having to walk back to the machines to manually get a parking ticket. The mall either has to provide Wi-Fi to everyone entering the parking or change their system to Park and Pay which works beautifully everywhere in Miami. As much as I love the shops, I will hesitate to go there. There are many other shopping alternatives, so business owners should demand the mall make it a better parking experience for...
Read moreI parked paid and locked my car walking up to the entrance or the mall what’s the first sign I see K 9 patrolling all over the mall including evenings for firearm use but being a local resident of Miami the fact I go there three times a week, and never have I seen a patrol dog . Friday night after having dinner at the BC we were asked to leave at 9 pm when we took a stroll. The security guard said the mall was closed. What I really find incredible is that the escalators in that mall are usually not working at any...
