Let me start by saying I used to work for dominos at a different location for about a year, I was about 5 minutes away from this location when I decided I wanted a pasta so I called in to order before I got there , I was put on hold without even being told to hold on... busy day okay I get it . I stayed on hold for the entire 5 minutes drive until I got there. I went inside only to that it was a bit busy and no one was taking orders over the phone understandable. I waited for about another 4 to 5 minutes until the manager told the woman in front of me to take my order. I asked for a Build Your Own pasta bowl, she told me we don't have that here..... so she went on to read the list of pastas on the screen until she got to the BYO option. I let her know that that means Build Your Own. She looked at me with disgust. I asked told her how I wanted my pasta bowl & asked for extra pasta which I know is not on the screen I told her to write it in on the order & she proceeded to tell me that she can't. Mind u like I said I used to work for dominos u can add little notes to any item your ordering. She asked the manager if it's okay to add extra pasta to which I told him I don't mind paying extra . He asked the people on the make line to put extra pasta in my bowl & told me I wouldn't be charged for it. This is the only reason for 3 stars the manager was very kind & professional. All in all it wasn't a very good experience I don't think I'll be goin back...

Read moreThe good:
This location is clean and recently renovated with the new modern style. It's easy to find and well lit. There's plenty of parking. The pizzas taste as a normal pizza from Domino's should and are usually made within normal time frame and delivered just as fast.
The bad:
The employees at this location are only one step above bottom of the barrel. More than 3 times I have called and been placed on hold for over 45 minutes (after the 15 minute mark, I was just curious to see how long I would have to wait, I already ordered pizza from another place). Once, I walked into the store after having called at my house STILL on hold. I assumed they were having system issues and just asked if they could see I was on hold. The employee very quickly said yes and sorry for the wait.
They constantly yell in extremely loud voices in the store, although this wouldn't be a problem if i was actually able to place a carryout order.
I was once handed a pizza that still had solid and uncooked meat and cheese on it. That one I took home and finished cooking in my oven at home.
This store is the ultimate example of corporate management throwing money at a problem that money...
