If I could give them no stars I would. The worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to by far. IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF FOOD ALLERGY DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! After stating to them my boyfriend is allergic to chocolate while ordering, as they ask you to state if an allergy is present, they still gave me mocha and chocolate syrup in his coffee. When they made me a new one, they still got the wrong order. If I wasn’t aware of the color being a little darker than the normal vanilla we always order at other locations, this could have resulted in hospitalization and death. Still, management personnel did not see the severity of an allergy that could have occurred. The manager Shelia, yelled across the store and at me and was all around rude when I approached her about the mistake. She was rude when I was telling her the issue after having to come back to the store because the orders were wrong again and we couldn't drink our drinks. She would not tell me her name and walked away when I was talking to her and then screamed her name across the store asking "what do you want from me, throw your drinks out if you don't want them". Never in my life was I treated with such disrespect. I also got munchkins the week before and had the same problem with chocolate. Apparently the black specks on the glazed munchkins are "crusty's from how they are made" which is extremely concerning in itself. I contacted corporate and after hours and my calls being rejected from the district manager, my boyfriend finally called him on a number he wouldn't recognize and he answered right away. The only reason why the district manager called me back was because my boyfriend asked him to. When I spoke to him he thought it was a joke. Andrew laughed and told me it was a training error. Besides the wrong drinks given, the manager screaming is not a training issue. Andrew stated to me that mocha is now standard in their frozen coffee. As per Andrew, even the vanilla collate has mocha in it. He told me I had to state to them that them was an allergy; however, he admitted to me there was a training issue since they were apparently told that it must go in there no matter what. even when I explained numerous times my boyfriend is ALLERGIC to cocoa. Once again if you have allergies or if you don't want to get screamed at by their manager, I would stay far away from this Dunkin!!! Don't bother talking to district manager either, he told my boyfriend, "no matter who you talk to it's going to come back to me so doesn't matter anyways". I am still waiting to hear back from the franchise owner. This is my first bad review on anything and I am not usually one to complain and it disheartens me to have to write a bad review on Dunkin Donuts, since I am such a loyal customer to them; however, I do not want someone’s allergy to...
Read moreWorst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. Went through the drive through the first time, came up to window to screaming employees chasing each other around the restaurant. Order came, and they gave me 3 of the same drink when I ordered one, and forgot one of my items. Went inside to get a refund for my drinks and was given a hard time by the employees. Manager kindly refunded my drinks after I was left at the counter with no help for about 3 minutes. Left with my order, went home and when I went to eat my donuts. My donuts were stale. Felt and tasted like they were made days prior to being served. I drove back to get my refund. Upon walking in, I was given an attitude by one of the employees saying, “What’s wrong now”? I said, my donuts are stale. Every single employee that was there sitting in the sitting area looked at me and said they aren’t stale you’re being dramatic, and gave me a hard time. Manager did not want to give me refund, but after showing her that I only bit into one and that they were stale, she gave me a rude attitude and said ok ma’am you’re wrong. We only serve fresh donuts. I said ma’am I’d like a refund. She gave me a refund without any form of receipt. I left, and as I was walking out one of the employees said “yea, I bet the next time you come in they’re gonna be stale again”!! Ignored the remark, and kept walking, until one of the employees walked outside while I was walking to my car and said “what did you say?!” When I said nothing. I said I didn’t say anything. She responded back with “yea if I was you I wouldn’t have said anything either!” In a very rude tone. I felt so embarrassed and felt like trash that was kicked to the side. I can’t believe the manager saw this happen and didn’t say anything to her employees. I refuse to come back to this location and encourage anyone who’s reading this to also never walk into this location. You will be treated like your stupid and that they don’t care about you. I feel bad for the employees that work there that are genuinely there to work and treat people...
Read moreI waited, standing by the pick up mobile order area for 10 minutes and nobody helped me. They were all rushing around. So I go to the front counter because I see other customers are being help there. When I get up to the front I get ignored. Finally, a very angry lady who is short and stocky with brown hair angrily Ask me what’s my order I say it’s just a coffee that’s all it is. Then she starts screaming at me and says well maybe if you went to the mobile order area… I absolutely did go to the mobile area and nobody help me and she starts screaming and cursing at me all the way until I’m walking out the door and closing the door. The employees who work here are very angry. If they don’t do anything for customer service and they are very rude and very scary. All I did was ordered a black coffee for pick up. I came on time to pick it up and nobody helped me and when they did help me, they screamed at me and told me I was stupid for no reason.
I got in touch with Dunkin’ Donuts corporate and they’re putting me in touch with someone who owns the franchise to have a conversation with me in a few days. I don’t wanna see your fired, but she definitely needs to be trained on how to have anger management or else she should find a...
