Went yesterday to celebrate the end of a camp with all the counselors, and we all ordered together. When we got the food, I noticed that we were missing one meal. So I told them I would go to my table to check if everything is correct and that I was going to come back if I was missing something. So I checked everything and I went back to them to let them know that we were still missing a meal, the manager looked at me and my friend as if we were lying trying to get free food. I just want to clarify here that I work too and that I know customers can be stupid sometimes, and that I don’t normally write complaints like this. When we told him what we were missing he told us to bring back all the food for him to see what he gave us, and so we did, I literally had to take everyone’s food back to them so they could see that we were not lying. We asked for a separate side of fries and we did not get them, but after I realized that the employee who took our order (not to mention that he was laughing while this was happening the whole time) did not put that on the order, and so I just told them that I was going to buy another one to solve the problem. When I got the fries, the manager sled them to me without even saying a word as if I was causing all this drama without a reason. So I went back to my table and ate my food. After we all finished, my friend wanted to get ice cream, and she went with my brother. I did notice that she was taking too long for just one ice cream, she came back crying without even being able to talk because the same employee who was laughing at us earlier started asking her questions, and one of those were if she was present during the shooting at MSD, when she said yes he started dying of laughter, the manager was in this too.
My point here is that I know employees (including me) can mess up an order anytime, and that’s completely fine, we are not perfect. But the way they dealt with the whole situation got me very mad, and making my friend cry in an extreme way is not okay. Cherry on top is that they were making fun of something so delicate that happened not so long ago and so many people are still affected by this tragedy, for someone to just come look at you in the eyes and start laughing without even saying sorry. I have already called corporate about this situation, and I’m just waiting for the actual owners to call me or my friend. I hope something is done about this because I know McDonald’s is a huge company and I enjoy their food, it would be a shame that two stupid employees ruin their...
Read moreI do not normally do reviews on fast food restaurants but i think this deserves some glory. This morning i decided to stop and get breakfast from McDonald's (im not accustom doing this) the drive tru was very organized and clean. The yound man that took my order was so polite and professional and most of all patient. Went up to give him my money he said good morning again, very nice young man, even though he was busy he did not rush me or seem to be annoyed or oerwhelmed. Went to the other window i believe its the manager that handed me my bag and drink. Let me tell you she was so nice greeting me with a big bright smile, a goodmorning how are you? Omg she was the most pleasant individual i have ever met especially in a fast food place. I took my bag and she said have a nice day, i even pretended to move to see if it was an act but it was not she was still smiling even while talking with the few workers that came out to work. When i reached to work i opened my bag and my mcmuffin sandwich was still hot and fresh, my soda (dont judge me lol) was nice it was not watery and cool. I must admit this is far the best McDonald's that I ever been to. The customer service was exeptional, the food was hot and fresh and the drink was cold and gassy. From the road you would not know that there is a McDonald's because its neatly tucked away. The cashier name is Sidal I am not sure if it was the general manager that gave me my meal but the general manager name is Shelby Pardest. I know it was a manager because the lady had on a blue shirt. First time ever visiting this McDonald's. Date 09/15/22 7:12am
Thank you for the Great Service and please keep it up! To the young man who took my order thank you for showing up to work, I really...
Read moreIf I could give my experience here 0 stars, I would. I got off of work and headed home to pick up food for my son. I work in the service industry too as my husband and I own a fast food restaurant ourselves. Sometimes I’m lucky to be off work early so I can bring food home to my children. And sometimes I get off at 4am so I can’t.
I waited at this drive through for 15 minutes, no one addressed me when I drove up the the speaker. I went up to the window and knocked. No one inside had their headset on. I asked one of the employees to call the manager. She came up to the window 5 minutes later. I asked her if this is how she runs someone else’s business, making customers wait for 15 minutes and still not addressing them. She told me they were training an employee. How are you training somebody without a headset? And where are all your employees? Why do none of them have their headsets on and why is no one answering the drive thru? She proceeded to cut me off mid sentence with “okay okay okay” instead of apologizing and moving on. I usually come to this McDonald’s weekly. It is usually busy 8-8:30PM. Both lanes are are usually packed. Tonight they weren’t because I am assuming nobody was answering the drive thru when cars drove up, so customers went elsewhere. This is no way to run someone else’s business and this is no way to treat customers. The updates and everything are very nice. However the manager needs to do better and so do the employees. No amount of updates and renovations will make up for bad...
