Update - 27-Feb-2019. Added one more star because it only took 10 minutes this time (which is reasonable). 2nd visit. Last visit. Decided to stop by before the lunch rush (11:45 am). Ordered a whole Philly Cheese Steak sub (on wheat). Asked what it came with, and was told onions & peppers, and you can add mushrooms and marinara. Marinara on a cheese steak??? I said no thank you. Asked for no peppers however please added sauteed and raw onions. Receipt reflected fried & raw onions.
Got to my office. First thing I noticed, a container of hot marinara. Guess she forget I said no Thank You. Open the container, nice hot sub, piled with raw onions. Cheese seems to be melted under the steak in lieu of layering it on top (maybe that's how they make it here). Fried onions, NONE and yes, I picked through the steak looking for them. Bread seems fresh. Just like the other sub, did not seem to have any seasoning whatsoever on the steak. Fortunately my office has salt & pepper packets.
This was their second chance. Tried them at lunch time. The sub came out much faster than the first time . However, after this experience, NEVER AGAIN. How do you forget cooked onions? And not a fan of bread, then melted cheese, then cooked steak, then onions. Not how other places make a cheese steak.
3 months ago If you're coming for lunch, don't order a sub. Stopped by to grab a sub to go. First time there, asked for a recommendation. Order the 7" Chicken Sub. Waited & waited & waited... Lots of customers came to the counter after me and got their food long before mine.
After 15 minutes of waiting for the sub (checked my receipt), I asked how much longer and was told "It is coming out now, I made it fresh". Saw them fulfill other customer orders, still no sub for me. Saw one person go to the chilled beverage chest, grab a couple of wines, and deliver them to a table because their food was late too. Was anything offered to me, NO!
My lunch hour ended, still no sub (to go). Finally another 10 minutes more and I got it. 25 minutes to get a sub to go... WAY TOO LONG.
One Plus - sub was nice & hot. Sauce in the Chicken Parm was bland, sub roll was nice & fresh. Chicken was chopped chunks, also bland.
Didn't order the pizza slices, but they were large from those that I saw order them after me. $3 per slice for cheese is probably right for those large slices.
Will I return? Maybe. But definitely not during lunch -...

From the moment you step inside, you'll be struck by the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked dough and savory sauce. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with friendly staff members who will make you feel right at home.
But let's get to the star of the show: the pizza. Oh, the pizza! It's no wonder Pasquale & Sons' Pizza Company is a local favorite. Each slice is a symphony of flavor, with the perfect balance of crispy crust, tangy tomato sauce, and a generous blend of gooey cheeses. You can opt for a classic Margherita or go wild with toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives. The possibilities are endless, and each variation is an absolute masterpiece.
If you're looking for something a little different, try the calzone. It's essentially a pizza folded in half, with a crispy, golden-brown crust that gives way to a molten center of cheese, sauce, and your choice of fillings. The spinach and feta version is particularly outstanding, with a rich, creamy filling that will have you savoring each bite.
But wait, there's more! Pasquale & Sons' Pizza Company also offers an array of salads and subs. The Caesar salad is a refreshing palate cleanser, with crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy croutons, and a tangy dressing. And the subs are piled high with fresh meats and veggies, served on warm, toasted bread. The Italian sub, with its layers of ham, salami, and provolone cheese, is a true delight.
All in all, Pasquale & Sons' Pizza Company is a true gem in the Coral Springs dining scene. The pizza alone is worth a trip, but the calzones, salads, and subs are all equally outstanding. So gather your friends, bring your appetite, and get ready for a pizza experience that will leave you dreaming of Pasquale & Sons' for...
Read moreToday, I had the misfortune of visiting a pizza shop I had never been to before, and I was immediately put off by the absolutely disgusting attitude of the front desk cashier. The place had about three tables, so it wasn’t exactly busy, yet somehow, this woman—likely in her early 40s with sandy blond hair—managed to make the experience unbearable.
When I walked in, a family was ordering, so I started looking at the menu to decide what I wanted. I noticed a couple of menus on the counter as well, so I glanced through those. The family left, and instead of greeting me or offering assistance, this woman went straight to a man who had just walked in and took his order. After he ordered, she looked at me and rudely shot out, “The weekday specials aren’t available today.”
Really? That was her first remark to me? No “Hello,” no “How can I help you,” nothing. Just this totally irrelevant, unhelpful statement. What makes it even worse is that the menu I was looking at had no mention of any weekday specials! Where in the world did that comment come from? Was she too lazy to even consider what I was looking at, or was she just having a bad day and decided to take it out on me?
Honestly, this woman’s disgusting behavior was enough to make me wonder why there were only three tables in the whole restaurant. It’s no surprise that the service was so bad. If the cashier’s attitude reflects the overall service at this place, it’s no wonder customers are few and far between. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere, where customer service isn’t so...
