Dunkin' — Restaurant in Coralville

I stopped in to get some long johns and a caramel crazed iced latte. Not my usual store but I was in the area. I sipped my drink and realized there was no sweetened syrup in it. I get this drink because I like very sweetened coffee drinks. I go back as I was still close by. It has happened before, rarely, at other locations were they used the unsweetened syrup by accident. When that happens, they usually apologize and remake the drink, no problem. I understand the occasional accident happens and I calmly explain the drink was incorrect. The girl with the septum piercing kept insisting that she had added the correct syrup, but would add more if I wanted. After the third round of saying it's not correct and her insisting it was, I just left, because it was clear she would not except an error could possibly have been made and I did not believe it would be corrected. I went by the Dunkins by my house, ordered the same drink, and wouldn't you know it, it was sweet! Avoid this location if you want...

This location is terrible. We've given them multiple chances since their open a year ago because it is so convenient as far as location and price go. However, they can't seem to get a single thing right. 7/10 times we go, the order is messed up. One time, we took a sip out a pumpkin drink and my partner goes "Uhm, this is raspberry?" And they all just laughed and pointed. We left immediately. Today, after waiting 40 minutes and being told 3 separate times our order was being taken care of, we finally got our drinks, which were again made without care and decided that this was our...

There were two people working, and as a line formed inside, they were solely focused on completing drive-through orders. They didn't acknowledge the presence of anyone waiting in line. Once they finished with the line of cars, one of the staff members came to the register and acted like he would rather be anywhere else. It felt like we were inconveniencing him by ordering.

2 stars instead of 1 only because the donut I had was at least relatively fresh, and the group I was with enjoyed their ice cream. I doubt we'll ever return to...
