Every other time i've been to Hardees the service was great along with the food but today it wasn't so great. I don't know if this particular Hardees was having a bad day but I placed my order with my mother and we sat and waited for quite some time to get our food. I was contemplating going and asking them how the order was coming along when finally the food came. The portion of curly fries we got was very small but the burgers were good so that's a plus I guess. Now back to the fries, usually when I order "normal" or curly fries from here a big/normal amount is given to me and they taste good. Today I wanted to satisfy my craving for curly fries but it ended being a disaster that even Gordon Ramsey wouldn't dare to touch the fries we received. The fries were stale, they had little to no flavor, were cold and were hard that I didn't even bother to finish my super small portion of fries we both received. My mother on the other hand got the ends of the curly fries and she says that they were super hard. It seems like the fries we got today were pretty much the end of an old batch since they were stale, dry and such small amount was given for what was paid for, for both meals. I'm disappointed because it would've been nice if they could've made us a new batch and just let us know it would take some extra time for the fries to cook. Heck, receiving our food took long enough so they could've cooked up a new fresh batch and if i'm mistaken and this was part of a new batch somehow they could've remade them because they were awful. I'm shy and I didn't want to make a scene at the place about the fries so I decided to write a review instead. I guess it's just a hit or miss.

Read moreReceived incorrect food in the drive thru. Didnt notice until I had driven 3 miles home through rush hour traffic. Called the store to inform them what happened. Said they would take my name and I could get the food remade. I drove all the way back and requested the food I originally ordered as well as a refund to compensate for 20+ minutes of drive time and gas due to their negligence. The manager refused and only offered food and coupons or a refund. This offer confirmed that she had the ability to give me the food and refund me but was just refusing to because she "didnt want her waste to he off". I told her that was completely unacceptable to me. I offered a compromise of a refund and coupons, to which she also refused. The managers complete unwillingness to correct her mistake in a manner acceptable to the customer shows Hardees complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The managers preference to protect her "waste numbers" over her store's reputation and her customers happiness is completely appalling. I will never be back and I wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered a large amount of chicken strips for pick up, the bag was tied up and when we got home we were missing 6. I called and was told no refund could be made but next time I come in they would give us the 6 tenders I paid for. I noted we don't come often and was told that's ok. We were in town today (3 weeks later) and the lady at the drive through complained and first said they wouldn't honor it. They decided to after honor but at the drive up complained and said they'd never do this agagain. I called to speak to a manager who may have been the same rude employee saying they gave me "free food" today which is NOT true - I paid for these items! She yelled that they have a constant turn over of staff and no way to keep track. Never going to this location again - such a joke and can't believe how absolutely rude they are about correcting THEIR error. To be yelled at and called a liar getting "free food" for their mistake blows my mind. *Check your order before you leave- even if the bag is tied shut.
