I stayed there for 3 nights, while my mother was at the university hospital. The staff was amazing and very friendly. They always asked how my mother was, providing me with a safe and prompt shuttle service daily to and from the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and always kept stocked. The only down fall was the amount of unsupervised children that were allowed to run around in all the hallways yelling and banging on walls. The kids would leave their garbage in all the hallways and even left wet towels and the floor soaked towels inside the elevator as they continuously ran from pool area to breakfast bar area and back to the pool or up and down elevators. One night, there was at least 7 children loitering in hallway making so much noise that eventually I could hear other guests ask them to quiet down but of course they did not. I mentioned this to the front desk clerk when I went outside for a moment before ending my evening she apologized and advised she would look in to it. I am surprised that with all of the complaints from other guests the group of children and their parents/guardians weren’t asked to vacate the hotel. However, I luckily have no issues sleeping and was able to sleep regardless of the noise! Thank you to the staff for making my stay easy and comfortable. I would recommend and look forward to staying here if ever I am in...
Read moreStaff was very helpful and courteous when my wife and I checked in. The hotel does allow dogs which was one of reason and the other was price. The hotel was clean and well lite. Our room was bigger than we had expected. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. My wife loved the pillows and I didn't care for them. Sometimes too good of a thing isn't great. They were very fluffy, which put my head in a odd angle. Few other minor annoyances like the bathrooms fan noise but nothing major with the room. The pool was on the smaller size, it was clean except for hard water scale. The night we stayed there was a lot kids in the hotel running around and even had one knock on our door and ran off. While I don't blame the hotel for bad parents. I do blame for not informing the parents that they need to do a better job keeping things in check with there kids and quit partying outside. They caused a lot of disturbance and had my dogs on edge with all the noise. In the morning the breakfast had plenty options and hotel waffles are the best. The hotel now looked trashed on the outside from the partying. Wish it was more of a quiet stay. Still for the price and being clean it is still worth a night...
Read moreStayed September 1st, 2022..the gal that took our reservation the night before was very nice. The guy that checked us in that evening was kind of rude: I ringed the bell at desk for service and no one came out, we waited for awhile and I rang it again like twice and a guy came out n said, you only need to ring it once. I said I did but no one came and we waited awhile so I rang it again. We went down to the INDOOR pool after we got settled in and changed, the pool had crickets n whatever in it plus up by the chairs which I think they came from the door that went out to like a patio that had a table and chairs if you wanted to sit outside, so we didn't go swimming and no hot tub. The hot breakfast in the morning that lasted until 10, which we went down at 9, there was 2 sausages left that only one of us got, the milk was empty, the butter pats for the toast n what not, was in the fridge and so when you put it on your toast the toast would rip and the plastic ware broke when ever you tried to cut...
