The ideal sports bar. This place delivered on every level, providing an experience to remember on my cross country road trip. My expectations were admittedly low given the narrow selection of restaurants that were still serving food at the late hour we pulled in. We were seated right away and a drink order was placed before I had even gotten back from the bathroom. The atmosphere was everything you could ask for from your local dive bar and more. Darts leagues, 26 beers on tap, and Big Buck Hunter, this place had it all. I picked a burger off of the full slate of Big Ten themed sandwiches and went to work. If you're looking for darts or pool, there are a fair amount of boards / tables compared to most places in town. Karaoke twice a week, that seemingly caters to a number of regular attendees. Bare-minimum available in terms of liquor options - particularly bourbon and whiskey. Beer was largely what you'd expect in a place like this and priced accordingly. Typical bar food, with a few unique (though still fried) options. Bartender and servers were friendly / helpful enough but appeared over extended - and this was around 9 or 10 on a weeknight during the summer... so not exactly a high traffic night.

Good enough drinks. The experience, however, was terrible. My gal pals and I called ahead to see if Karaoke was going on, and was told it was and to come on over. Came to the bar to find a birthday party going on. We ASKED the manager and bar staff if we could join, or if it was a private party, because we didn't want to interrupt. They said it was open to the public, and even moved a table and some chairs around for us to join. Ten minutes later we are told that we are intruding on a private party and we have to leave.
