This Bojangles absolutely blew me away!
I pulled into the parking lot around 9:30 PM after half a day of traveling, feeling tired, hungry, and fully expecting the usual mediocre fast-food experience. Instead, the moment I walked through the doors, it was like stepping into a completely different world.
First off, the atmosphere was incredible. Modern worship music filled the dining area — not blaring, but at a perfect volume that made the place feel calm, upbeat, and welcoming. The walls were lined with fresh, clean décor: tasteful signage, vibrant photos, and an overall design that felt warm and intentional rather than thrown together like so many chain restaurants. Even at that hour of the night, the restaurant was spotless, from the floors to the counters to the tables.
And then there was the staff. Everyone behind the counter was smiling, laughing, and clearly enjoying their jobs. They greeted customers like friends, cracked light jokes while taking orders, and managed to move quickly while still being polite and attentive. In a time when late-night fast food visits often mean grumpy staff and low energy, this crew was a breath of fresh air.
Of course, the food sealed the deal. The biscuits came out golden, flaky, and buttery — easily the best I’ve ever had at a Bojangles, maybe anywhere. The chicken was piping hot, perfectly seasoned, and juicy with that classic Bojangles flavor but somehow even fresher than usual. My drink was ice-cold, my sides were perfectly portioned, and the whole tray looked like something from a commercial.
What really struck me was how consistent everything felt. The service, the atmosphere, and the food quality all lined up to create something rare in fast food: an experience that actually felt memorable. By the time I sat down to eat, I was smiling at how unexpectedly good it all was.
If I lived nearby, this would be my go-to Bojangles without question. Even as someone just passing through, I’d drive out of my way to come back to this location instead of settling for anything else in the area. Honestly, I’d choose this place over just about any other fried chicken joint — even the original KFC. They’ve truly raised the bar for what a...

This restaurant is very close to the interstate. My last visit was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I have had here. If I could give it a lower rating I would.
I may be the only person that thinks this way, but a Sunday after Thanksgiving and after the local church crowd would be out of services. If I was the manager of shift supervisor I would be expecting a busy afternoon. With that being said, I'll share my experience on this last visit.
No more than 7 cars in the parking lot, and a couple of cars in the drive thru. I was expecting a quick visit, I was wrong.
When entering there was 1 table with a family eating, all other tables were empty. I was the 8th or 10th person in line waiting to order. After 10 minutes I was the 8th or 10th person in line waiting to order. I waited a couple more minutes because someone came to the register to take orders. She took one family's order and walked away to the other end of the counter. I hear her ask the back line about chicken strips, back line responded we have 12 down. She takes another couple of minutes to return to the register.
By this time, approximately 15 minutes after i walked in. I asked the people in line behind me, if I could be excused and get past them. I said to the people around me good luck with sitting down and eating before dinner time and started walking out. The couple in front of me in line started walking out also. As I made it to the door another person in line said if I really wanted to eat there I should try the drive thru because it would be faster. Because the drive thru was the only thing getting their orders taken. No food rating available from me, because I was never waited on and never received food. Before I left the restaurant
Someone may have a better experience with this restaurant, but this was...
Read moreJust went through the drive through here! We were asked did we want to try a Cajun biscuit combo. We said NO. We placed an order for 3 regular chicken biscuit combos. We received our order and parked in the parking lot. I opened the bag handed out the food. Our fries were not fresh. And then I tried my biscuit. It was cold. The chicken was hard and cold. And it was Cajun. We baged the food back up and took it inside. The lady at the drive through was who offered help. When I told her we received wrong food. She argued with me about what we ordered. She took the food from me, and had our food remade. We stood and waited for the food. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told it was the lady who rudely helped us. When she brought us our fresh food, I asked for the store managers name and number. She said “that is me” and then I told her I wanted her mangers name and number. She walked away and copied a number from the outside of the drive through. When she came back to me, I explained that I can understand a mistake with the food, however we did not deserve old cold food. And she didn’t need to be rude because we weren’t happy with what we paid for, she could have at least apologized. Still no apology. And she said as we were walking away”try those biscuits” This is no way to treat your customers. And it’s definitely not an example of proper customer service to set for your employees!! We sat outside and ate. Then my son went in to wash his hands. He came out and informed us there was no soap in the bathroom. How are the employees washing there hands?? That’s disgusting! This is the last time we’ll be...
