Orlando has caused me a problem. I was going to go with them for catering my wedding. He said call 2-3 weeks before the wedding so we can make sure this is fine. We agreed on a set price, only a couple weeks ago. Well instead of honoring this and for less amount of people he decided he was going to raise the price $150 more. This is beyond the most ridiculous waste of time. My wedding is a few weeks away and the maturity of this was not handled appropriately. Catering is a big deal and needs to be handled with good timing as product has to be ordered and wanted in good faith to give them my business. But with us having less people and him wanting $100 is pure greed at that point. So thank you Orlando for making my wedding planning that much more difficult by wasting my entire time for weeks now. What you did was not only completely unprofessional but also inconsiderate. We had an agreed on price, you couldn't even remember me coming to you and asking that, saying 3 months ago when I came in there at the end of February as we were setting up things for the wedding in town. You sir are a liar. You're entitled to ask what you want; but at the end of the day you decided to backtrack on the payment agreement and because of that I have to speed check to find out if anyone else can help me with getting my wedding catered. I love Mexican food. I've eaten Mexican food across the USA, and many times in Mexico City and Mazatlan, Mexico. I hate to complain but this was honestly the worst food I've ever encountered. I had a house margarita on the rocks. It was okay. I chose the Pick Two make your own Combo meal. I ordered a cheese Chile Relleno and a ground beef tostada with Mexican rice and beans. The Chile Relleno was greasy and fried really dark. The tostada shell had the texture of burlap, and the ground beef was bland. Refried beans were good, but the rice was flavorless. I took one bite of the Chile Relleno. I dumped the bowl of salsa that came with my tortilla chips over the rest of it. I didn't eat it all. My server (who took my order and dropped off the check) never asked how anything was, and never came back after he left the check. I was really disappointed, and I wish I had spoken up. I feel like a coward coming on here, and complaining. I didn't give them a chance to make it right, and for that I am sorry. I was told that it was the best Mexican food in the area., and I was disappointed. My bill including tip was $23.00. I left a 15% tip. But, the place was packed. It was Sunday after church, though. Well we ate here before and the first time it was pretty good very busy but today we were over charged for our food a lot and charged for extras that we didn’t get but was on the ticket charged luckily the wife noticed it and was heated because our waiter only came to our table twice the whole visit!
