Taco Bell — Restaurant in Corbin

The manager was more concerned with just drive thru than the overall customers. When i came in to order there were two customers already waiting. It took 15 minutes before the first customer recieved their order.the management had everyone working on drive thru. when someone was sent to work on the customers that came in it was only one girl. I watched her fix the orders. She was fast and doing a good job but because her manager thought drive thru was the most important the two customers before me and myself waited over 15 minutes before anything was even started on our orders. That is why I'm giving a bad reveiw on the taco bell at exit 25 in corbin ky. The management on night shift needs to be more concerned with the restaurant as a whole not just drive thru. She didn't have the ding area stocked either, only a few knives were out no sporks and very few sauces to choose from. I have never once ordered cinnamon twists from this location that actually had any cinnamon on them. Also, on numerous occasions I’ve been given a full sugar soda when I order a diet, even when my receipt backs me up. closing shift is generally pretty nice but everything else about this location is just subpar, it’s worth the trip to the next location to skip this one.

edit: i went back, against my better judgment, only to be once again disappointed. i ordered a deluxe cravings box, no beans and no sour cream on the 5 layer burrito. after being asked three separate times at the window if i wanted sour cream on my chalupa, i received my food and drove off. not only did i not even get the chalupa, i got sour cream on the burrito.

i work in fast food, i get that things happen sometimes, but this store is consistently messing simple things up. I stand by my words that this location is better off skipped.

I went to Taco Bell and got my grandson 6 soft shell tacos w/ MEAT & cheese only. After we got home he took one bite and said, “ Nana, these taste funny.” He opened it up and instead of MEAT & cheese he had Refried beans & cheese. He opened the rest of them and all 6 tacos were the same. He is a very picky eater, I was told it had something to do with his ADHD but I don’t know. I just know he couldn’t eat them. So I called Taco Bell, had to call 5 times to get someone to pickup, she told me that if I bought my receipt in that they would remake them for me. I told her that Taco Bell never gives me a receipt but I had 6 tacos I could bring in. She told me that she just couldn’t do anything without a receipt. People, if I have wrapped Taco Bell food how in the heck did I get it if I didn’t buy it? Use your common sense Taco Bell. I will not be spending money at Taco...
