Soā¦we stopped in for a quick bite on our way home. Although the attached gas station was pretty busy, no one was inside rearing to order some roast beef !?! We had ordered at the drive-through & had to pull up to await our freshly cooked food.š³ I decided to go in & wash my handsā¦& then decided to stay inside to wait for our order. The guy filling our order was super friendly ! He saw me & asked if I had ordered. Great customer service (of course, I was the only one in line). After grabbing our order & heading to the car to continue our route, I pulled out my brisket sandwich (which had great texture & tasteā¦not real fond of the BBQ sauce on it), & it was just above lukewarm (kinda the reason for just 4 stars) !?! The other kinda reason was the ālookā of the friendly guy taking care of my order. He didnāt SEEM to have a uniform on & was wearing his hoodie over his head (it wasnāt cold in there!?). The other employees wereā¦thereā¦for a paycheck it seemed !? Even the drive-through attendant never really treated me as a valued customer. One had mopped the floor (which left dirty footprints as I walked carefully acrossā¦& was never warned to walk with caution). Not sure that weāll stop here again as we travel...

I'm sick of these brain dead kids that don't pay attention or don't care screwing up my order AT LEAST 50% of the time. And if you don't check your order every single time you can't know what they missed until you've already left! And it's not worth going back and they know it and they will take advantage of that fact! The only option is to chew some ass in a review online. The young lady that started our order was also running the headset upon placing our order he had a hard time hearing us or understanding in the middle of our order she traded places with another girl that completed our order our order was not read back to us or confirmed so assuming the workers did there job and got our order so we payed upon receiving our order I saw that I was missing a slider I went back to the counter and informed them and as soon as I said Iām missing a slider I must have heard atleast 3 employees mutter she only ordered 2 instead of one person informing me that the cashier only put in for two when I placed an order for 3! I felt belittled like I was trying to steel a slider lol Iām happy to pay for what I order maybe a lot more time training employees the rite was would better serve...
