if i could give this a zero-star review i would. first when the cashier/sandwich maker was making our food, he was mumbling the entire time, and seemed he was either listening to music or talking on the phone because he had an airpod in the ENTIRE TIME, and he kept murmuring to himself. we had to ask him to repeat himself a dozen times before we could even grasp what he was saying. i promise you im not exaggerating. while he was toasting our sandwiches, i looked onto the toppings to see what looked fresh and there was a fly on the tomato’s and the lettuce had freezer burn on it and some how was wilted. i asked him to open the fresh container and he literally said no, and which i understand is a strange request but when i pointed out there was a fly on the tomato’s i wanted , he just picked out the fly and the singular tomato was on. i had seen it crawling around on all of them. He opened the fresh container and put 2 tomato slices on my moms sandwich. it looked like the depression episode from mickey mouse. we asked for him to put some more on and he put one more on. how generous. we paid for our sandwiches and left, and when we bite into them we threw them out. i had one bite and tossed it out too. i can only imagine what happens in that subway when there are no customers.
In short, horrible service, and bad unfresh food. they don’t wear name tags so i couldn’t even give the same of the employee that gave us that delightful experience. do NOT EAT HERE. please...
Read moreCame in earlier this evening. When I walked in the doors I saw two employees. One was cleaning by the drink station the other was sitting at the table. Neither made any comment or move when I walked in the door. As I got to the counter the one at the table got up and came behind the counter and stated “what bread”. She proceeded to only say “what ....” for the rest of making the sandwhich. I had to ask several times for her to repeat herself because she was talking so quietly, which seemed to annoy her further. Once I finally paid I walked over to where the other employee was cleaning by the drink station to get my drink. No tea urns were out so I asked if they had any tea, she barely looked at me and just gave me a “ uh uh”. I know it’s subway, I don’t expect much in terms of service but it would be nice to at least not be treated like your a burden for wanting to buy a sandwhich. Read moreWe stopped for lunch off the highway on 5/22/25 and ordered three foot long subs at 11:56am. We had to wait in line for about 10 minutes and then we gave the cashier our coupon for three foot longs for $17.99 that expired on 5/31/25. The cashier said he could not honor the coupon because we had ordered subs off the Signature Menu. The coupon clearly states it excludes "wraps, The Beast & Garlic Roast Beef". We didn't order any of these subs! The coupon says nothing about the excluding any others subs! I wrote an email to Subway corporate about this experience over a week ago and I have heard nothing back from them. Very disappointing experience, I guess I should have read this locations reviews...
