McDonald's — Restaurant in Cordele

Easily one of the worst experiences in town, the workers and faculty are highly immature, rude, sarcastic, and easily hasty. I would advise you highly to eat taco bell next door, it's not worth the service. Still bad service and attitude I can guarantee that this McDonalds lost alot of customers go check there take in and I bet its lower then it use to be witch means yous don't care and just want people money and have horrible service the ladie that gave me such a attitude last time still working the pick up window makes me scared to eat from here so guess what McDonald's Burger King taco bell and arby's are my go to spots until I no longer see the same ladie servicing us I'm paying my money and scared to eat from here now

Here we go again now since they don't know how to run a place of buisness and put people that don't know what there doing because they pay them cheaper ordered messed up know the kids are not eating there food guess what a real manager would reply back and say we are sorry please come in next time so we can correct or make up for it and don't rely now that I said it yous never done it befor why start now to make your self look good sorry your skilled are bad and limited now I gotta go pay money elsewhere for these kids to eat mcdonals need real people not weak lazy spirit people you guys could learn something from chick fila

Messed up order had to come back date 12/15/2019 They would not give me the 2 plain cheese burgers they messed up and little boy didn't eat so I had to come back I can't get them even though I have receipt and only was here 20 min. Ago so I said I'll pay for the burgers agian would they atleast give a order of hot fries because the others are cold nope with a bad attitude well its 11;00 PM.

Wow again getting cursed at because they messed up the order not once but twice what do they think your just going to leave with something you can't eat that you paid for yous needs to fire what's not good and give the job to someone who can handle it now if I wanted to report them to corporate I could hearing bad language from the bagger and the person making the burgers is what's wrong with America McDonalds makes to much money I guess to care about every single location well they letting the Cordele GA. Location go downer and downer every year yup years are passing and no correction worst fast food restaurant in the south yes they deserve that title

Here I am again march 20th of 2021 they have no clue what there doing in there mcdonalds trying to put Lazy workers why because they pay them less because they don't wanna work they hate on you look at you like you stole there kidney worst...

Stopped in. I don't like the kiosks. The ordering could have been better if the young lady had stopped texting long enough to pay attention to the words coming out of my mouth. Having to repeat myself several times and compete for her attention while ordering. The food was less than good. I got breakfast items for us. The hash browns looked okay but had a burned after taste which kept us from eating more than one bite. And the golden brown Crispy Chicken Biscuit, the chicken was dark brown, really dark brown, not crispy (seemed like it had been wrapped up a while so the coating got soft) and had that same burnt flavor as the hash browns. The McGriddle and Sausage and egg McMuffin were very good. Coffee was as expected - good. Would have complained and got new food or refund but we were already driving and I wasn't going back. I Removed the 1 star from service. I stupidly stopped in again this morning. 5 hour drive from FL to Atlanta. As I said, not a kiosk fan. Walked up to register, lady told me she would be with me in a minute and offered kiosk. I declined explaining I don't like them. She went in back, came out a couple minutes later with a large container of sweet tea and placed it by drive through window. Looked at me and returned to the back. A few minutes later she came back, looked at me, went over and touched the container she brought out earlier then returned to the back. A young man was heading out with a bag I assume was for a customer waiting outside from the drive through. He asked if I had ordered, I said no, he said I could use a kiosk, I declined it adding I don't like them. He flagged a different woman and told her I was waiting. A little while later the first woman comes back out and looks at me, then walks to the dining room and starts clearing a table. When finished she asked me if I knew how to use kiosk, I said yes but I wanted to use cash register. She looked at me and returned to the dining room. After standing there for 22 minutes I left. I went to the McDonalds off e it 136. They waited on me and I paid in cash. Total Time 4 minutes. Several other folks were using the register also, 3 infront of me and 5 behind. Never go to...

0 stars if I could, this place was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, selfish manager and assistant manager were only doing drive-through orders for points while our food was sitting out and getting cold. Assistant manager started arguments with customers complaining about how long their orders took. It took 40+ minutes to get our food which as sitting on a tray ready, while they continued to do drive through orders. We didn’t even get our drinks until they gave us our food. Even when we got our food they couldn’t even cook food right. They were handing burnt fries to other customers even in the drive through. Most of our fries weren’t even cooked all the way and were soggy and covered in oil. They made our sandwiches and burgers sloppily too. One of the burgers we had wasn’t even in the bun and got all the condiments on the bottom. 2 of our nuggets meals were burnt and did not taste good at all. Another one of our burgers didn’t even have sauce on the bun, instead it was on the side of the burger and got all over the wrap. And also our chicken sandwich was made sloppily and all the insides were halfway out the back when they picked it up. Last of all the receipt didn’t even print right and it gave us a blank receipt. The bathrooms were filthy and floors were covered in soapy water which looked like they had just thrown it on the floor. But the drinks were good when we...
