Burger King — Restaurant in Corinth

I decided to dine in after spending hours on the road. There was another person in line so I went to use the restroom in the mean time. Neither of the stalls locked and the stall on the left wouldn't even shut because the metal was bent. Then, there were no paper towels in the dispenser so I had to dry my hands on my clothes. Once I got back out, the same person was still in line but she was just chatting with the cashier, then the manager came out and they all three were chatting as I was standing in line. They had a whole discussion about how she wanted her job back while I was still standing in line not being serviced. Finally the manager has her write down her info and the the person in line walks away. Finally I can order right? No. The manager goes back to her office and the cashier walks away. By this point there are five more people standing behind me. People are starting to ask if I'm just waiting on my food but I haven't even ordered yet. More time passes and the cashier is still no where to be found. I'm tired of waiting so I leave. Horrible service. Just go across the street to...

Why did I only give it such a low rating ? The service was a one because they didn't get to order right , which led to a two on the food . I give the atmosphere 3 even though I'm news in the Drive-Thru . Which layer 2 going down the road and realizing my order was not right ! Gone are the days of them listening and have your way, replaced with you rule . All I wanted was the Whopper combo without onion and no mayo but add mustard . Medium sized Coke . Dishwashing a speaker problem , it ended with please drive up and me explaining what I wanted. Before I drove off I should have checked because I ended up with a piece of onion and all the Mayo normal followed by a dab of mustard. If all these companies have time to slow the line down by them doing their spill , then I think it's time for us as customers to make sure they get it right . In hold the window down and not drive off until you know you have what you ordered . And break these companies...

I just had my husband go through the drive thru and order me 2 8 pc buffalo nuggets with 4 packs of ranch. When I opened my food instead of the regular buffalo nuggets I got regular nuggets with what looked and tasted like a packet of buffalo dipping sauce was opened and just poured on them instead of the oily red sauce with the red pepper flakes in it that's usually on the nuggets. They didn't even put a lot of buffalo dipping sauce in it either it was on the corner of one nugget only. The buffalo nuggets are my favorite thing at Burger King and they're usually amazing. Idk If the employees were just feeling lazy tonight, were out of the buffalo nuggets and didn't want to say anything or if they randomly changed the buffalo nuggets last minute.
