Don't go here for One Piece. They have tournaments up on the Bandai app, but won't bother to run them if only one person shows up. If two people are signed up on the app, but only one shows up that's a failure on the shop's part, not the players. They also lied to me about not receiving tournament kits for the Uta event, even though they had the unique promos in the case. Then when I called them on it, they just lied to me again. Clearly they're just running a scam to sell the promo cards online for more. All the other product I saw on the shelves was also over priced. Go somewhere...

Go to the tupelo stores for a better experience. Many times this store opens late and when it is open, the employees only talk to themselves and don't help customers at all. The prices are all on the "high market" side and they love to buy the local product to inflate prices. Horrible business ethics and terrible to deal with. The 2 stores in tupelo all have more selection, the best customer service, and decent pricing. You can even go around to other retail shops and find the products for sale at msrp because they have morals and they have a strong community backing them...
