Rude employees, cold and missing food then when asked for refund was given an attitude. Wont be back
Update as of 5 months later 5/3/24 Went back. Worst mistake ever. Went thru drive thru. Placed my order with a very short fused worker. Pulled to the window to pay that worker seemed to have an issue with me and trades places with another worker. (I added a shrimp) . The 2nd worker was short with me . I paid. Got my food. Was checking it before leaving and the shrimp was missing. She comes back asking why im still there. I explain my shrimp wasnt there. She said "its in the box u just opened and i watched" i then showed her the box she refered to the was only cracklings. She then tosses the bix of shrimp out the window and shuts it. This is the same manager as before who refused refund. So when the other ill temper employee vanished come to find out she was making my food. So what were they really doing? Couldnt ask for refund because i already know mrs quaynisha (the lovely manager who always seems to hate her job and all the customers) wouldnt give me one. So im here to say. Read moreThe food was good, the only reason I gave the food a 4 was because there was hardly any slaw on the plate. The atmosphere would have been pleasant except the cook kept yelling from the back, as did the girl working the window. The service was given 5 stars as Lamar did an excellent job from taking our order to serving it to our table along with an apology for over a 40 minute wait.
The girl at the drive thru was polite to whoever was ordering but was making comments the whole time to the cook. The cook was yelling from the kitchen, and I mean yelling, at her to tell them where the sides were on the menu. He then proceeded to yell that they weren’t taking cash anymore for some reason or another you couldn’t understand because of the way he was talking and yelling. But pretty much they could only take cards…. However we had just paid with cash.
Lamar however was polite and trying his best to get orders to the customers and to calm the ones complaining to him about things he couldn’t control. He is the ONLY reason anything received 5 stars...

So I downloaded that app again today and they had given me some points.So I went there to eat again today 3/8/25 i ordered over the app.I ordered cocktail sauce for the shrimp, butter and sour cream for the baked potato got none. And when I was sitting at the window to pick up my order, the drive through window was filthy. I mean, completely filthy. Do they not have paper towels and windex? There used to be a great manager there.That made sure the employees, we're polite to the customers and made sure they were made to feel. welcome The guy that was working the window at 1:30.
