Wendy's — Restaurant in Corinth

I went to the drive through tonight at the Wendy's on Hwy. 72,, and no sound came from the speaker after waiting for quite some time, and the screen was dark. I had already waited in line for a while just to get to the ordering speaker. Finally, as other cars had moved up several minutes before, I advanced to the first window without ordering. No one was there, so I waited. When she came, she asked what I ordered. I explained nothing because no one ever came on the speaker. She did not know how to take my order. I asked if she just wanted me to leave, and she goes to get someone. I wait at least five minutes. Then someone finally came. I went there for chili last night, and they were out. The words "our truck doesn't run until Friday" never came out of anyone's mouth. Turns out, they didn't have any heated last night. They actually ran out today. When I got to the second window and asked for a manager they finally said I'm sorry and said they would give me back my 20 plus minutes lost if they could. After i commented that this was unacceptable customer service and they must be trying to drive me away as a customer, they insinuated I was trying to get a free meal. I replied, "No. I just wanted Chili." I then drove away. I've had many bad dining experiences in my life, but never rated one bad until now. If they don't care about customers, then I feel no guilt in rating them accordingly. Good luck in the drive through line and keep your fingers crossed that they have what you order. I had take out through the drive-thru. And the lady in the window exchanging the change had a mental complete mental breakdown and started doing crazy clown fast and didn't move and didn't blank canvas grinning from ear-to-ear and it was super creepy and I would have refunded any of my Monday and any of my money no I should have been and I should have gotten something on me because it scared with me and my daughter like crazy and I eventually just HAD TO make her stop all together, you know... Make her.. insane and mental breakdown stop altogether before she hurt herself or was going to hurt others. Because I could definitely feel that happening next if someone didn't take it controlled situation. None of us it was absolutely absurd and unprofessional the family. I'm very disappointed because I love Wendy's. And I have not been to this Wendy's in my hometown yet since I moved down here in 2009 and then was I looking forward to a Frosty inside their French fries.. oh well they'll be other times and different safe I suppose.. never again in Corinth Mississippi, Wendy's!!! Worst Wendy's I've ever stopped at. Was on a trip and traveling through. There were only two people in line ahead of me and it took 15 minutes before they took my order. The person taking orders used his gloved hand to take money and put food in bags. I received my burger and drink, went to my car and discovered the burger was cold. When I went back to exchange it the door was locked. I got in the Drive-Thru to exchange it and when I got to the place to make my order it was a sign there informing people they did not have drinks available (kind of late if that's all you want). They did take care of exchanging my burger. Later when I took the lid off my drink the bottom of the stop was covered in carbon black dust. I was pretty disgusted that I had been drinking that. I will definitely never...
