Raspas El Tigre — Restaurant in Cornelia

Sara and I were looking for a snack on Friday and then she mentioned "what about @raspas_el_tigre ?"

First off... I was proud that she pronounced it correctly 😂 Second, how in the world did @raspas_el_tigre sneak into Cornelia a little over a year ago and I never found out!?

What do you want? Do you want a little snack? They got you. What about a refreshing Aguas Frescas (fresh juice)? They got you. Ok, you want to go all out and grab a delicious dessert or ice cream... they got you!!

They were so good I didn't want to post the original photos I took on Friday because it was dark and didn't do it justice... and these still don't do the place justice.

Their HORCHATA drink is seriously one of the best I've had. Their vanilla ice cream from their CHURRO CHEESECAKE BOMB (poorly taken picture inside my car with half of it gone....), excellent!! Even their Aguas Frescas de Piña (pineapple drink) is now a favorite. There are plenty of additional items I need to go back for to try, like this crepe I was eyeballing as it was being made 🤤 Can't wait to check out their MINI PANCAKES 😍

The owners are amazing and I wish them nothing but success in the future with their awesome family owned business in good ol Cornelia. If you can't check them out because they are out of your way then do your business owners in your local area a favor and stop by their business and check them out! You never know when you're going to run into a goldmine spot.
