The Chef did not have to play with our hearts and stomachs the way he did! He is a God in that kitchen! Everything we ate was phenomenal, outstanding, superb, above and beyond any of my expectations. He is passionate about his food and I can tell because everything was made with love! Our lovely waitress Angela was amazing along with Anna! She felt like a best friend, she described everything on the menu in so much detail that it was hard for us to even choose. Everything sounded amazing and absolutely the food lived up to the descriptions and the hype in taste and presentation! I will 1000% return. The atmosphere was beautiful, it was inviting, the staff is amazing, and the food was out of this world! There was a party in my mouth with every bite. My delicious drink, The Royal Rose, gets an honorable mention because it made me feel like a delicate Caribbean flower. As for the food!!! We started off with the calamari, the sauce pairings were delightful, we also had the Cambridge Oyster- delicious, and the savory appetizer and the potato salad on there surprised me with how delicious it was. The Lobster tacos were crispy on the outside with a nice citrusy blended flavor on the inside! Reminded me of Ceviche DELICIOUS đ€€! For our entrees, My friend ordered the steak and shrimp with the peppercorn sauce and whipped potatoes. She stated everything was great! We could tell because she didnât even leave any of her food on her plate. I tasted it myself and it was amazing. My other friend ordered the Pacific Barramundi with the shrimp and lobster Risotto, the chef had the audacity to put all of those things together on a plate and we couldnât even believe how amazing that combo was!!! đ€Żđ€Żđ€Ż! I ordered the Atlantic Halibut with rock shrimp mashed potatoes and lobster Nage!!!! All of the items in my plate including the garnish married together to have the most amazing flavorful meal experience ever. I didnât think I would be able to do anything else but was convinced to top it all off with dessert. The Raspberry Coco Duet cake with the crĂšme BrĂ»lĂ©e was disrespectfully delicious- disrespectful because I was already stuffed and couldnât even imagine making space for dessert đź but Iâm so glad I did because it was sooooo good!    Read moreVisited this restaurant last weekend while i was in town with family brother in law and i escaped the kids for a peaceful meal. First impression was really clean restaurant we sat upstairs, our server Angela recommended the oyster selection while we ordered a round of old fashions.
Im not sure my opinion is valuable on the oysters since it was my first time having them but i thought they were delicious. As far as the drinks I have had old fashion drinks at probably 100+ restaurants and this was by far the best old fashion i have ever had!! (Praying owner replies with what they put in them bc after 3 i forgot to ask before leaving) we had them smoked with a fruit flavored tobacco i think?
After oysters we each ordered the Prime NY steak and shared 4 sides (carrots, au poivre sauce, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes) carrots were PERFECT, mashed potatoes also great, the mac and cheese i would say didnt really hit the mark and unfortunately neither one of us were fans of the Au Poivre sauce felt like a wasted side but atleast tried it.
During our meal a large party was seated not far from us where our server let us know she may be delayed between check ups which i thought was awesome of her to notify us ( we are patient people so had no issues either way) when we were ready for desert she told us what ever we get was free for being patient. She suggested the caramel cake i think it was ? Unfortunately it was cold which left us unsatisfied. Not sure if thats how its supposed to be served but we were both tipsy and happy and it was free so had nothing to complain about.
Again our server Angela was awesome we made sure to tip well on our $300 bill

Only negative is we saw food options which originally brought us to the restaurant that were not being offered at the time. I know its probably a hassell to update on google but an accurate menu would be really helpful for someone about to drive 30mins for a meal.    Read moreWe had reservations as a mother day dinner. We were lucky to have Tim as our server. As bourbon aficionado we were happy with the bourbon and whiskey collection. The smoked old fashion was great. The chocolate tobacco was a wonderful scent and taste elevation. Tim was very knowledgeable about all drinks, all food and desserts. He was down to earth and made us feel welcomed even with a 3 year old rolling around on the floor some. Peninsula Prime Should consider him a wonderful asset to their team. While we live a decent length away we will come back thanks for to the amazing service with Tim. The food was phenomenal. They were able to accommodated our child with a few anaphylactic food allergies. Everything that hit our table was incredible. The Hawaiian tuna was delectable and clean. The lobster was so meaty and nicely cleaned out for us. Presented beautifully. We got a beautiful steak that was the perfect medium rare. Our in laws received a seafood pasta which was full of all sorts of seafood. The dish was stunning. Another got the asparagus and steak. Also zero completes with how it was cooked.
Highly recommend the Smoked Old Fashion, lobster and steak, LAP OF LUXURY (I got mine extra spicy) so delicious. As well as the Royal Rose My in-law got the Royal Rose. The vanilla bean stole the show. For dessert everything we ordered was simply delectable. Itâs been a long time since Iâve had a dinner this great.
All staff from the moment they opened the door to the moment we left was kind and inviting. Nicer restaurants are hit and miss with staff being âsnootyâ the staff here was anything but.
