The experience at this dress shop was awful.If you are looking for a fun attentive experience for the bride and bridal party DO NOT go to this shop. When we arrived for our appointment and walked in we were not greeted nicely however we were greeted with some nasty sneers from the ladies at the desk. Once we were seated Aryn was the one who was handling our appointment. She explained the different dresses and price points and walked us around saying once we found 5 gowns to try to let her know and she would pull them. Once my daughter was set up in the dressing room we went to sit down. My daughter was pretty much left alone at this point to be attended to by her maid of honor. Aryn asked generalized questions about dates venue etc...but that's it she did not ask who we were or engage in conversation with the bridal party. At the other shops we had visited the ladies made sure to speak with us and make it a fun experience. However at this shop Aryn disappeared to chit chat with the other workers showing no interest that we were there. When my daughter would come out she would Hussle over to help my daughter once she was out of the dressing room but she did not engage with us at all once my daughter went back in to try on dresses. Also at one point my daughter came out in a dress that didn't quite fit bc she had to come out to get clipped up and a worker walked by an actually looked her up and down giving her a dirty look making my daughter feel very uncomfortable. WHO DOES THAT to a bride. The experience was hands down awful. The workers were highly unprofessional. We had such good experiences at the other bridal shops we were frankly shocked at how poorly this experience was. My daughter did say she felt Aryn did give her attention when she came out of the dressing room but felt shamed by the other worker who gave her the dirty look..and what my daughter described was the worker looked her up and down and rolled her eyes. The horrible thing is my daughter found a dress she loved there but is determined to find it elsewhere which is sad because she should have been able to have her say yes to the dress exciting fun moment but frankly they ruined it. It was just a terrible overall experience and made me sad my daughter found her dress but didn't feel comfortable buying it because she didn't get to have her fun moment..made me very sad for her. I was very excited about dress shopping here because I had a great experience with my friend who shopped here previously. However, I was incredibly disappointed. When I arrived, I tried to check in at the front desk but there was someone purchasing a dress and I wasn’t acknowledged. Not even a “one second,” which would have gone a long way. I got the impression that they were irritated so I tried to make myself busy and went back after a few minutes and was still ignored. Another representative was printing something off and avoided looking at me. I tried to look past it because I understand that sometimes people get focused or busy. Trying on dresses, though, I felt like I was inconveniencing the sales representative we worked with and that she didn’t really want to be there. It made it impossible to like, let alone love, any of the dresses that I tried on. I felt like I needed to keep apologizing. She tried to make conversation and be nice in the dressing room, I want to give her credit, but it was a general demeanor and attitude that brought the whole day down. I felt like they didn’t want me there and it made me want to rush through my appointment and get out of the store. The only reason I didn’t rush more than I did was because a lot of my group traveled to be there for me, which made it that much more upsetting that none of us had a good time. Everyone acknowledged that we felt unwelcome. It was just a miserable experience and it made me not want to buy a dress there. In all honesty, it turned me off to wedding dress shopping all together and I’m dreading going to an appointment at a different salon, which is a huge contrast to the excitement I had coming into this day. I didn’t need anyone to be as happy as I was about trying on wedding dresses but I felt like an inconvenience from the moment I walked in the door. The dresses are well priced and, as I said, I had a friend (who worked with Bonnie) find her dress there, and that was amazing. I don’t think my experience was a common one, but I wouldn’t recommend this salon to someone I care about, common or not. If this review reads as angry, it’s not meant that way at all, I’m just very sad and disappointed and I hope no other bride is made to...

Why are you still reading this review? What you SHOULD be doing is driving to Lily Rose (and not reading this while driving!) I found Lily Rose after I had already found my dream dress, but I was blown away by their beautiful store, WONDERFUL personalities (seriously - some of the sweetest, most supportive, and bubbly women EVER!), and all of the options their store held. I ended up having each of my bridesmaids (6 total - 4 from out of town) travel to this store to have their "Say yes to the dress" moment (1/1) picking out their dresses. They are so important to me, so I wanted them to have the BEST experience ever picking out their bridesmaid dresses, and Lily Rose Bridal provided that EVERY time. They have a separate room for bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses, and it was always so much fun working with the consultant helping us (We worked with Merissa mostly, but had the wonderful opportunity to also interact some with Jennifer, Bonnie, & Julie), and it was actually very bittersweet at the final appointment to know my saturday afternoons at Lily Rose were coming to a close! Every single appointment, no matter how busy they were, we were taken care of. Merissa also was really great at listening to what the girls liked about each dresses, and would suggest dresses... and I've got to say a lot of the girls ended up falling in love with the one Merissa pulled! The women at this store are so gifted at what they do - had my fiance allowed I would have been purchasing a second wedding gown from them, because they had such a huge selection of beautiful wedding gowns for all body shapes, sizes, and styles, and always provided such exceptional service. So if you're looking for an exceptional experience finding your dream wedding gown, flattering bridesmaid dresses for your best girls, or an elegant dress for your doting mother for the big day - - get in the car and drive...
