WARNING TO ALL SMOKERS - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY LOST $40, thank god it wasn't more I went in to buy a PORTABLE VAPE, and had a handful of knowledge going in, so I talked to the employee who was very kind, and what I thought was helpful for 30 minutes. I WAS VERY WRONG. She told me that main brands like GPEN, ATMOS, etc. ( ALL COIL VAPES USED FOR OIL AND WAX) could also use BUD,PLANT,DRY, ETC. So I bought the Atmos Thermo W. I went home and as I was about to use this, my friend explained to me that TAYLOR (the employee) was very wrong and lied/had no clue what she was talking about. After an hour on the internet reading about my situation I found out my friend was 100% correct, I called to return it because I didn't use it but there is a no return policy. After 2 days of playing phone tag trying to talk to a manager. I finally get ahold of one of the managers named FRANK. As I tell him my story and what happened, he constantly is interrupting me, stops my story and tells me she was wrong and that he will talk to her, before I can even say anything in response to him ( Cause he didn't even let me explain myself at all). He says he will call me back in a few minutes, its now been 4 hours so I called them AGAIN, and he left work and the girl who picked up was the girl who sold it to me (TAYLOR).

JUST A WARNING TO ALL, THIS BUISNESS IS SHADY AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR PROPERLY TRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES.

WILL NEVER GO AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND...

This place is most likely great for you if you’re looking for hemp products, glass, cannabis accessories or kratom stuff. HOWEVER, if you’re like me and looking for vape stuff, this is a bust. Their stock was random and unpredictable previously which was frustrating enough, but they’ve now ditched anything vape related because they’re “worried” about the new vape rules and regulations or whatever. So they no longer have just limited stock, they have ZERO stock. Frankly I personally believe that since they were garbage at even trying to keep vape stuff in stock or even dependable brand wise, that they were just looking for a reason to jump vape ship and simply sell kratom and cannabis stuff. Otherwise they would at least have limited FDA approved products like all other tobacco shops. If you’re THAT worried about rules and regulations, you wouldn’t be all about selling questionably and most likely temporarily legal stuff. But here they are. Gave two stars because like I said I’m sure they’re great if that’s the stuff you’re shopping for, but if you want vape supplies, don’t...

Let me start by saying that the other reviews on this page are complete polar opposites of what this store is really like.

It was my first visit to this shop since I just moved to the area earlier this summer, so I really just wanted to look at their selection first. If you are looking for a smoke shop that carries everything you want, from glass pipes and papers to the newest vapes and ecigs out, this would be your best bet. Their prices are very competitive as well, even beating some online products.

The girl who was working was very helpful, I was looking for a new domeless nail and rig so she walked me through all of the options I had to choose from and explained to me the pros and cons of them, even explaining to me the health benefits of each one. I ended up going with a Krave recycler and a santa cruz omni-nail.

I just got home with my new piece and my new nail and they work amazingly, exactly like she described to me.
