I love carl's jr but this one is horrible. The food is always cold and old like it has been sitting in a drawer all day. I have complained to corporate numerous time because of the terrible food and service here. If you go here carefully inspect your food before you leave. The cooks here knowingly send out food that is old and nasty. The last time I went here I specifically asked for hot food and told them I am tired of cold and nasty burgers there excuse was the lettuce makes it cold, The meat is so cold the cheese will not even melt.

I ordered a couple burgers from their meal deal menu and for some reason they had us pull to the front of the store and the two cars behind got their food ASAP and left. My gf (whoā€™s worked in The food business for 5 years) told me that they probably spit in our food because I said to the lady at the window ā€œI donā€™t need thatā€ when she tried to hand me my receipt.. I pull to the front and we wait and then when she came out to give us our food, she looked at us weird when we said thank you. Anyways, we drove home and her burger had a finger print on the top of the bun and it was unusually soggy? Weā€™ve ordered the same burger(jalapeƱo burger) several times before and never had a soggy bun before?!?!? We threw away the burger and will not be returning. The whole...

When a random stop at a Carl's Jr makes me take to Facebook, it either had to be fantastic, or a nightmare. I'm happy to say that my visit today was worthy of my time to let them know that they did an OUTSTANDING job. My burger was HOT and my Coke tasted like somebody actually knew how to put syrup in the machine (or whatever it is they put). One of the main reasons I often go to Burger King instead is because I know my burger will hot. I love Famous Stars, but when I ask for it "off the broiler" I get radio silence.

Anyway, great job guys. Shout out to the 3pm shift....

The drive thru seems to get greater attention than the inside. I have been inside and through the drive thru. The food inside takes FOREVER and cars just whize through in the drive thru. Food suck more insise than the drive thru. My food sat for 10 minutes (taco salad) it was watery and cold, by the time we got our partial order. Which we still had 2 wait on items to be brought out longer than the rest. I have had issues with them forgetting some of my order through the drive thru. Can't say this is a good place to eat, it is even hard...
