Wow where does one begin when the complaints are many... First off the female behind the box taking drive thru orders either had a faulty head set, microphone or she needs help with adjusting the volume bc we had to repeat our order, item by item 3 to 4 times. We are then told that they are currently out of lettuce and was that ok. Wait what? Finally at the window we're asked if we want any hot sauce and what kind. I say yes hot and mild please. She says to me "I'm sorry we don't have mild, we ran out" .. what is my response? Nothing more than a hand in the air, a roll of my eyes and the comment "of course you are!" No napkins in the bag and never given straws for the drinks but we did get 3 coupons for a free taco. Seriously! Woop-D-Doo a FREE taco. How is it possible that a substantial chain such as Taco Bell runs out of 2 of their key ingredients? Is it a fail in the management area, inventory controls are out dated, haven't been correctly adjusted or perhaps being completely 'guessed' at? Is it location, economy slump, poor training, lazy employee's or is it even deeper. Perhaps corporate hasn't paid their vendor receivables or was it a simple over site, pure oops on their part and they had in influx of sales that they didn't anticipate and so they ran out??
We may never know the answer... Why bc fault will never be accepted only blame or excuses are heard therefore giving the consumer a whole lot of empty chatter to make one feel as if they were given some sort of resolve when actually our minds have been so twisted that we stopped caring or even recalling the reason we complained in the first place.
There's my rant .. get it to together...
Read moreI like taco bell. They have great food, very very affordable. Even if someone gives you a $10 gift card you can buy 2 to 3 meals depending on what you order. I think that is great. But one thing I don't like is at some locations the atmosphere in the place is sterile, sometimes not bright. Even the employees don't look happy. When I walk in nobody greets me or is even at the front area. I have to wait to be attended and feel ignored. I believe it's because the new order kiosks puts distance between the employee and consumer. They already have your order , so they don't have to be friendly. Friendly is most of the reason I come back. So I pick my locations. Even if a taco bell is 2 steps from my home & it's not what I like , I will travel farther to a happier, friendlier Taco Bell. I LOVE TACO BELL FOOD JUST NOT...
Read moreStay away from a blue antibiotic cleanser & or spray type for production on cleaning the kitchen or store wipings..I've been there personally and had the management to look into this very gross as serious problem with the chemical position..& the now is one late nite a cheese hamburger by this area of same near of location map.took a bit and load and behold the first time in awhile I m. Tasting this vomited on my taste senses that in the past At taco bell as already went thru investigation on solving this is not an option for a eatery to have for wiping the cookery on too in any way. Vomited on even drinks with tables kitchens makes for employees look very upsetting and upsetting and people will stop being customers..so commercials offices needs the FCD INVOLVED WITH CDC..&@#&..THANK YOU...
