So after looking forward to these flavors all week I finally went to my local Crumbl. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. First off, the pumpkin caramel cookie was domed shaped and with barely any frosting. As far as the picture shows, it is supposed to be a flat and circular cookie. It was deformed and looked like a defective one honestly. Then I kindly asked the employee to make it look like the advertised one and she begrudgingly told me that they were busy and it would take a while. Thatâs fine, I paid over 5$ for this cookie to look that the masterpieces I know that they are. Then I noticed that she was not wearing gloves and asked if she could don some in order to fix my cookie. That was another episode because she thought it would be funny to mock my request about food safety. She claimed she was the manager and could do whatever she wanted (when he two subordinates were both wearing gloves). Finally after her negative attitude and several minutes, I got a mediocre cookie that I guess was the best I was going to get for the night. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. The cookies are not like advertised, not worth your money and simply such a disappointment. They clearly donât know how to make them here. I have been a Crumbl customer for years but this one is the...
Read moreI love cookies, any kind of cookie, but chocolate chip is my favorite. When this store finally opened, I was excited to take the kids here and try it. Their presentation is cute and a nice touch, but it wasn't enough to make up for honestly one of the most boring, less than yummy chocolate chip cookies I've probably ever had. It was hardly gourmet in taste or appearance. A good gourmet cc cookie should have ample chocolate chips. This one had only a few visible from the top and only 1 from the top! What?! And, a true original cc cookie should be made with semi-sweet chips. Crumbl uses milk chocolate which were bland against the dough. Overall, so disappointing. We also tried a cookies and cream, red velvet and sugar frosted. The kids both liked the frosted. The cookies and cream was good, just very sweet. My daughter thought the red velvet frosting overpowered the cookie and you didn't even taste the red velvet, which I agree. So, that one wasn't bad, but not great. All in all, there are better, less expensive cookie options...
Read moreI certainly do not get the big deal over this store. 1) over priced 2) at end of day after dinner, when this might be a peak time, they were out of half the cookie selection 3) selection is limited to begin with 4) taste of the cookies was not a wow factor once I tried them at home 5) my first time and no one greeted us or was available to explain the ordering process 6) massive kitchen and tiny lobby felt kind cold (not temperature). I purchased a 6-pack of minis. Not sure this will be a...
