El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Corona

Ordered a catering for our company's team meal on line the day before. I called the resturant since there wasnt an option to pay online and they said that I'd pay when they delivered it (the delivery fee was $20). The order was delivered on time but without a reciept and the delivery person said they needed a copy of my credit card to pay for it since mine didnt have the raised numbers on the front. I actually called the resutrant to ensure that they would shred the photo copy for obvious security concerns on my part. They also did not include the churos and enchaladas that we ordered. They did come back to deliver the missing items but the Chicken was overcooked and very dry (had an almost powdery texture to it and looked burnt). Today the portions were weird my taco was double fried with a second tortilla, and the combo plate had what look liked a frog leg with no meat its like why bother serving that wing?? *see attached images the service was ok not too friendly its like they see you at the counter having a question ?…but they act like they don’t see you, its like com’on Q: to management why do they feel they have to police the dressing? my combo came with two of everything so why not an extra dressing ??. I never really write bad reviews.. but this was ridiculous I have had hit and miss experiences. Today however.. not good at all! The girl taking the order was not polite at all. No hello, thank you.. nothing. "What can I get for you" Ordered. "Drink"?.. Anyhow. When I got to the window, I felt uncomfortable. Her nails were long and dirty. No interaction Fast forward: I got home and I basically had to re-wrap my small burrito. My second bite I had a huge bone in my burrito!
