Pho 36 — Restaurant in Corona

Went in to buy to-go because my mom wanted to try it out. I asked for bun thit noung with egg rolls and a banh mi thit noung(I said the food names in Vietnamese). They came out with our order and listed it to us instead of listing it at the beginning before charging us. Which they charged us for three order instead of two. They charged a third order of four peices of egg rolls that cost $7. Clear mistake but instead of fixing it she whispers, "don't worry they're worth it." And I can say, they're okay. They have that nice crisp outer texture but the filling wasn't anything special. Definitely not worth hashing out $7. Instead buy an actual meal for $7. Three stars because they're still new, have an amazing set-up but should probably check with their customers orders before charging them. And also clarify beforehand that the meal doesn't come with egg rolls. Most likely, a miscommunication...

i went to pick up pho for my grandma and i understand that working for the whole day is hard but the cashier lady was not nice at all. never ever just throw the receipt at people and just expect them to know what to do. i asked to know what the price was and she said “ can you read?” ok well im sorry that i didnt know what to do since you threw the receipt at me. then she told me “this is not right something is missing” my order was $23 dollars and i was missing $5 i said theres no way and then she proceeded to say “ theres cameras all around would you like to see the footage?” i said no and went back to my car to look for the $5 i found it and i brought it back. one thing if you wanna act rude to your customers expect them to act...

The food here is amazing. My issue is when I call to make a pick up order the phone is disconnected. Ordering through delivery the prices are almost 2x as high. So because of this I ended up going to Popeye's. I love eating here dining in, but they need to fix their website/phone and do better by the customers so we can order through them directly. It's completely unaffordable to order pickup through the services that were available and for no reason. They have no website running. I've also been charged too much for a drink here, like way too much so I recommend confirming the price of what you're ordering as you order it here. It's that's kind of place. But the food is...
