In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Corona

Review for In-N-Out on Thursday, February 8th, 2024:

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Terry at the In-N-Out drive-thru today. With my son's 8th birthday celebration at Crossroads Christian School approaching, I needed to pick up a large order of 25 burgers and fries on short notice. Terry went above and beyond to ensure that my order was not only fulfilled promptly but with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Despite the large order, Terry remained calm and courteous throughout the entire process. His professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly remarkable. Not only did he ensure that the order was accurate, but he also took the time to confirm that everything was to my satisfaction before I left the drive-thru.

Terry's outstanding service made a significant impact on my son's birthday celebration, and I am incredibly grateful for his efforts. The entire store at In-N-Out should be commended for their efficiency and commitment to excellence. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of delicious food and exceptional customer service.

It would be nice to offer clients a way to not wait at the In n out store because of the long lines. instead, maybe an app that you order and just come pick up you food like...

Never found a In-N-Out that I didn't like, they are usually my go to when I'm in a new city or travelling because I know I can trust the chain, they have good values and work ethic. But sadly for the first time I've been disapointed was with this one. Normally at In N Out you have the workers walking around cleaning pretty much the whole time, asking if the food is ok, taking trash and trays away for you. Now I don't expect it in anyway, I know it's a fastfood chain and not Chili's, but it always been what they do at every one I've gone to. That didn't happen here, the workers seemed rude and couldn't be bothered, the restaurant was a mess, the food was definitely not the norm. If I were to bring in a friend from out of town and hyped up In N Out like I normally do, this one would have imbarrased me. And to top it off, one of the guys working there came over and randomly opened the blinds before the sun had set completely, this restaurant seating set east and west. The sun was in my eyes and we asked him to shut them, he complied but came back 10 minutes later and pulled them up again. Um excuse me sir but the sun is still out there, not much has chaged in the last 10 minutes. I don't know if they have some odd time scheduled to get these blinds up but with this particular restaurant they need to push it back. Got sick after eating there, like really bad tummy troubles sick. All in all, I'm sad cause I just moved here down the street and now have to drive by this one to get to...

Great as always. They open at 10 now instead of 10:30. I always get the double double combo. Didn't know you could order your burger with pickle. Also order my fries well done for the first time. I always ask for some spread on the side. It makes for a good french fries sauce. Went to the habit for the first time last week . Nothing can beat In-n-Out. If you have never tried in-n- out your probably not from California... hahaha. I don't understand why they are not open 24 hours. Every single in n out seem to be packed from open till close. Sometimes you just want a burger for breakfast and who has a better burger then in n out ? If you have never tried the animal style french fries or the animal style burger try it next time. But be warned it's pretty messy. Seem to me though that while the prices have pretty much stayed the same that the burgers have shrank. The double double just don't seem to have as much meat as it use too. Good thing is you can order a 3×3 for only about a dollar more. Now you have a burger that is hard to finish just like the double...
