Wow! Just Wow! Iāve been going to Massage Green Spa for 5 years now because of Aesthetician, Christina! Christina is BEYOND FANTASTIC! I understand that Massage Green Spa sold their business to Hand & Stone Massage. But to my surpriseā¦. I learned an unpleasant reality today from their new company.
Iāve been trying to get a hold of someone for the past 3 weeks now to set an appointment with Christina as I live in SF now. Finally, after 4 times today, calling and leaving a VM, working with their stupid text AL (useless), I finally get a hold of AM, Dorian. Now, I recognize that itās not Dorianās fault for the information he gave me via telephone. But what he communicated to me is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and VERY BAD BUSINESS. Under Massage Green Spa, I had purchased one 1-Hour Facial and two 1-Hour Massages. To my surprise, I no longer have these services. What I have is a āface valueā of 3 gift cards, total amount of $209.90. With their āIntroductory Facialā priced at $79.95 and āIntroductory Massageā at $79.95. I basically would have to pay an additional $30.00 to have the SAME GIFT CARDS. WTH!! How is this acceptable?!? What customer is going to stay loyal to Hand & Stone after this? Itās super unprofessional and bad business. So I called right away Monday morning after I was feeling up to making calls again and spoke to someone do not recall her name explained my situation telling her I went to the ER and was unable to contact and make it to my appointment Sunday morning and she made it very clear that there was nothing they could do and that they could not refund me back my Groupon or use it again if I made another appointment. Iām sorry I get it the massage therapist missed out on an appointment but I was in literally in the ER fighting for my life there should be some sort of understanding and something they could of done and from that just very disappointed in this place that they couldnāt do more for...
