Our family ate here yesterday, on Mother's Day, and I can honestly say I was blown away. Growing up with Indian food, my expectations aren't usually very high to find the same quality (or better) of Indian food outside the home.
Where do I begin? We had 7 adults and 2 kids for the family lunch. Half of the family are strictly vegetarian and one is strictly vegan. We ordered 7 or 8 items from the menu, and honestly, there wasn't an item we didn't love. My father-in-law (hope he doesn't read this) is very particular about flavors, probably most particular/picky in the whole family. He usually has one thing or another to say concerning the food. I did not once here him complain about any of the dishes (I sat next to him). In fact, I was surprise to hear him raving about the quality of the various dishes.
My personal favorite was Lamb Curry Masala. Three reasons why;
The flavor was 10/10. Many Indian restaurants have a difficult time getting out the distinct lamb meat smell (for those of you who know what I'm talking about). More Curry has a cook with 3 decades of experience, and I got to say, he made me want to eat lamb curry everyday!
The meat was extremely tender (but not mushy or overcooked). If you've had lamb curry at an Indian restaurant before, chances are you've experienced two opposite ends of the spectrum. Most times it is overcooked and there are many times it is undercooked, slightly red (only steak should be slightly red!). Yesterday, More Curry definitely brought out one of the best lamb curries I've eaten!
Lastly, this next reason is a game changer in my opinion. More Curry didn't skimp on the quantity of lamb meat, and I don't recall seeing any bones (maybe couple of tiny ones at most). Again, for those who have experienced lamb meat at an Indian restaurant know that it is common practice to include just as many bones as meat to make the bowl appear fuller. You won't find that practice at More Curry!
By now I must sound like I was paid to leave this review or incentivize with a free meal. I am doing it because the owner's vision of serving food of the highest quality is in line with my own desire to eat food only of the highest quality. Another reason I took the time to write this review is because of my two kids; they both really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. My 8 year old daughter rarely eats meat, and she tried lamb curry for the first time yesterday. She loved it! My 2 1/2 yr old son is a super picky eater. It's hard to get him to sit down and eat, but I was extremely pleased to see him eat couple of garlic naans and rice. Also, I don't remember what it was called but they had this french fries with cheesy gravy and butter chicken. Best french fries ever!
In conclusion, if you're looking to try new food or looking for a new Indian restaurant or simply looking to support a local business, I highly recommend you...
Read moreIf you’re a fan of Indian food—or even if you’re not—this spot is seriously worth a visit. I’ve dropped by this place countless times now and finally feel like I’ve tried enough to speak on it. Honestly, the flavor and quality blow most other Indian fast food joints out of the water. The dishes are made fresh, so it takes a bit of time, but the wait is worth it. Everything is packed with flavor, and it’s one of the few places where I can say the food really explodes with taste the second it hits your tongue.
Also good to know—it’s Halal, which might be important for some folks. Everything is cooked separately, and the care they put into it shows.
Here’s what I’ve had and recommend: Paneer Tikka Masala (large) – I upgraded this dish with garlic naan and biryani rice (extra $1 and $2). The paneer was rich, creamy, and coated everything. And that biryani? Easily among the best I’ve had in the area. Plenty of food for 2–3 people. $22 and 100% worth it. Rating: 5/5 Butter Chicken Naan Wrap – This wrap is perfect when you’re on the go but still want a full-flavored, satisfying bite. It’s light yet filling, and definitely a go-to snack or quick meal. Rating: 5/5 Butter Chicken Poutine Fries – Hands down, my favorite thing here. It’s indulgent: a huge pile of fries topped with cheese, butter chicken, and curry sauce. I like to switch out the chicken for shrimp sometimes—amazing combo. Rating: 5/5 Samosas – Classic and comforting. These are filled with potatoes, peas, and onions. Think of them as India’s version of empanadas or potato balls. Two for $5, and totally satisfying. Rating: 5/5 Samosa Chaat – This dish layers the samosas with chickpea curry, yogurt, crispy chips, and chutney. It’s hearty enough to be a meal and is especially great if you’re skipping meat. Rating: 5/5 Gulab Jamun – These dessert balls are soft, sweet, and soaked in cardamom syrup. If you’ve never tried them, definitely do. They’re sticky and rich in the best way. Rating: 5/5 Butter Chicken Naan Wrap (custom order) – One time, they made a special version for me that wasn’t even on the menu. It hit all the right notes—light, flavorful, and super fresh. Hopefully they’ll add it permanently! Rating: 5/5
8 . the Naan Pizza and tacos are the best non trade take on this cuisine that I love -it’s just the best on game days. Come watch your favorite teams play and Grubb’s on amazing flavorful food. You can’t beat that combo!!!!! Rating: 10/5
Final Thoughts: This place is a gem for Corona. Whether you’re new to Indian cuisine or a longtime fan, you’ll find something you love here. Even my family, who used to be skeptical of curry, are now believers after eating here....

We started with the naan bites and they were so flavorful, the naan crispy and the sauce was just on the edge of too much heat for this spice shy eater.
I got the palak paneer dinner and it was so smooth and just on the edge of salty, which balanced out with the rice and garlic naan.
Hubby tried the butter chicken pizza and was pleasantly surprised at this update of a classic.
Finished it off with the dough balls in cardamom syrup. Tasty, but not my favorite dessert. Had a lot of syrup and nothing to do with it.
Wish I had tried the chai, but since I will 💯 be back, I'll try it next time.
Service was incredibly warm and friendly, atmosphere looks small on the outside but is actually very...
