Foothill Donuts — Restaurant in Corona

I spent about $60 on donuts and drinks here, and unfortunately one of the coffees I received (Vietnamese coffee) was burnt and completely undrinkable. (Burnt bottom of the pot taste) When I called the shop to let them know, I was told they ‘don’t do refunds’ and that nothing could be done.

This isn’t about personal taste—it’s about basic product quality and customer service. A business should stand behind what they serve and at least offer a replacement when something is clearly not right. The dismissive response “because you don’t like it” vs. product quality/something that can’t be consumed, left me feeling that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. The owner, an older lady, specifically stated and said “i don’t order drinks and ask for refunds, I’ve sold a lot of these and noones complained”. I didn’t mind a replacement.

I really wanted to enjoy my order, i was really excited to get my family doughnuts, i saw this was close by with good reviews, but the way this situation was handled the lack of customer service, makes me hesitant to return or...

Yay they are open, it's been along time coming. I visited today Jan. 08, 2022 at 7:45 am on their Grand Opening Day, when I arrived I was expecting to see a line out the door however I was the only one there, as I entered the store I was warmly greeted "WELCOME" by the entire staff of probably 8, several young and energetic staff which I love to see, store was very clean, it is new, and everyone is extremely pleasant and warm. Donuts are delicious, they place them flat in a box not on the sides as most places do. As you can see by the pictures, my family had to sample each as you can also see they cut pieces of each. My entire family including myself enjoyed them, they taste great. We will be back and we look forward to supporting this business, we drive about 10 miles or so. we do not consistently get donuts but once every few months we do get a craving and be on the lookout for a shop to visit and this one being so close to home was totally awesome! i won't name names but we have gone to some nearby donut shops and they were "good" or "ok" but this specific shop was delicious. we did not purchase a full dozen but just 4 specialty ones we wanted to eat and satisfy our craving. they were all so fluffy and great tasting. it's a good thing that they're easy to access off of the freeway because i'm sure we'll be back. side note, the staff was generally nice from what we noticed with other customers but the one who got our donuts had a bit of a "dgaf about the customer" attitude and it wasn't the best first impression but the donuts were real good so that minor inconvenience...
