re’s zero quality control when it comes to the Caramel Macchiato — some days it’s overloaded with caramel and too sweet to drink, and other days it’s bitter with no caramel flavor at all. To be fair, most of the employees are very helpful and willing to remake the drink without an issue. However, Mariah is an exception. She acts like it’s my fault the drink isn’t right and treats it like an interrogation when I ask for it to be redone — even when I show the receipt and the drink. It’s frustrating and honestly makes the experience uncomfortable!

An employee by the name of Chantel I requested in a fashions and respectfully manner I requested if she can remake my coffee because it did not meet my expectations—specifically, it was not prepared like i usually receive at Starbucks. The employee denied Mike request, suggesting that I have to pay for a new drink instead. This interaction has left me feeling disappointed, as it seems to reflect a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

I ordered a TALL caramel Frappuccino with no whipped cream and AEXTRA caramel drizzle . There were no cars in front of me in the drive thru. What I got was a grande with no whipped cream and no caramel drizzle. Now normally I don’t complain about a free size upgrade but I know this drink was not made for me because you can tell it was sitting there because it was all melted as well

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! The customer service I experienced was the worst I have ever seen. In fact, it was pretty much non-existent. I placed a mobile order on Sunday 10/29/23 at 1:44pm (ready at 1:55). I walked in at 1:56pm & and the young lady working on those orders ignored me for a little over 5 minutes. I watched her give out two orders, no smile or even eye contact to those customers. She could not even provide decent customer service to me when she finally did acknowledge me standing at the mobile order counter. Not once did she look at me, even when she said, "mobile order?" I was about to call her out and ask her how much longer she planned to ignore me!!! To top this off, my latte was WARM & my "warmed" pumpkin loaf was COLD!!! Whoever manages this location (Griffin/McKinley) needs to pay and re-train their employees on decent customer...

Very disappointed. Not the first time experienced my order wrong. however, they've always been quick to fix it. Today i ordered drive thru. and the charge was 50 cents more than what i usually pay, which was weird. i asked for the receipt. and sure enough, i was charged for a SF vanilla. which was not asked in the order....i asked for white mocha instead...i got down to ask for a new drink and a refund of the 50 cents...and Nicole decides to tell me that she personally made the drink and that it was indeed made with white mocha... Nicole!! when a customer is upset abt being overcharged fix it!! when a customer is upset abt her drink made wrong, fix it!! Dont argue and dont try to prove on how u made the drink!! just fix it!!!...

Disappointed with the service. Walked in apparently 2 min after lobby closing time. Was greeted by a young girl with a big smile telling me "too bad so sad but we are closed". Are you serious? You don't even know if a customer needed to use a bathroom, or didn't have a car and needed to order inside. Just because you put on a smile when you treat someone badly doesn't make it less offensive/painful. What a heartless generation was raised in the US in a past two decades 💔 As someone who was born and raised in USSR it breaks my heart to see the words of Yuri Bezmenov come true. Ideological subversion in real life, only God knows how painful it is for me to witness.... Youngsters who don't know what mercy means....
