My survey is regarding a visit on 8/27/16 at approx 3:00 pm. First let me say I am a regular customer of this DT and we have never had a problem. However my last visit had some items made wrong, so I called and the young lady was very nice and said the items that were bad would be replaced. I returned on 8/27 and again another young lady taking the order was pleasant when I told her. I pulled up to the window and the employee I'm complaining about, Tristen, miserably tells me my total is and when I went to explain he rolls his eyes and tells me one item is in the book and that's all HE is going to replace. At that moment Jaime, who I assume was the manager, came over and very politely explained that Cecelia who originally wrote the issue down only put one of the two items. We discussed it and she said she would fix it. At that time she left the window and cheerful as ever Tristan returned and very rudely said "do you want the quesadilla or not" I said wow what is your problem, the manager is already fixing the issue, and he responded that "I was the one confusing him" again very hostilely. At that point I asked him what his name was because I intended to report his disdain for customers and for his job to Del Taco and obviously realizing he was being a miserable troll refused to give me his name. He replied "why do you want my name" several times over and over and I advised because I was going to complain about his attitude and he turned and left the window, again rolling his miserable eyes. At that time Jaime returned and gave me my order and I then asked her his name that she readily offered as well as her own. With as many years and as often as we come to this particular restaurant, I've never experienced someone like him, and with all the good people looking for work, I suggest his unhappy face and hostile temperament is not what you should have in...
Read moreI ordered CRISPY chicken tacos, yet my chicken was NOT crispy. In fact, it was actually very much soggy, and tasted as if it had been sitting out for well over an hour. I politely knocked on the window and a rude manager lady came out and basically informed me that I was incorrect and that's how they normally came out because it cooked on a timer. And even if she remade them "fresh" for me, odds were that's how they would come out again. Well... She was absolutely incorrect. The freshly made ones came out super crisp and tasted by far better. She should not be a manager if she is going to treat customers rudely and is ill-informed on how her own food is cooked. Read moreI just moved back to my hometown in Corona after 9 years and this was the best food from del taco that I’ve ever had...I never make reviews but DUDE, I had to say something! Also, the staff that is currently there on 1/31/2018 was really friendly and genuine despite their age. I spoke with five different employees just by chance because three of them were fixing the drive-thru window and they were friendly to me. The other two people I saw at the pay window were also polite and seemed like nice educated young adults. Not many businesses offer friendly customer service these days but...
